I love this Chilis!!! Derek is the most amazing manager!! He works very hard to make sure the guest have a great experience and leave happy!! Teresa is an awesome server!! Fast and always smiling and upbeat!!!
The food was not as ordered. Had to ask for lettuce on a chicken sandwich. The bun was soaked in butter/oil and nasty. Had to remove it from the sandwich. The french fries were cold. The servers were too busy gathered around the bar area to notice that their customers needed napkins and refills. It seems this Chili's is always having issues. Such disappointment. Their food & service are below average.

Ordered ToGo. None of the SW Eggrolls were cooked thoroughly. Chicken Crispers don't pull apart like chicken should. Extremely disappointed with this order at this location. ToGo text was never sent. The hostess response was "Oh"

I ordered from Chili’s because their online store ItsJustWings wasn’t taking orders online for some reason. I ordered chicken crispers and left a note to have them become honey chipotle crispers due to the app not having that option, even though it is available in store. There isn’t a price increase for requesting it to be sauce covered or not. I guess they don’t read notes or requests. I think that is very dumb.

1st of all our server Dillion at the bar area was AWESOME !!! Very friendly and order was perfect...On the other hand...while sitting in a booth in bar area...2 booths over was a Mgr talking so loudly to other employees about certain servers doing a horrible job and how another server was getting orders wrong and she was " totally over it "...Then she proceeded to get on her phone and FaceTime and you could hear that 2 booths over while she was laughing and talking Very loudly !!! So very unprofessional...!!! Oh by the way...her name was Stacey...Food was excellent and our server Dillion was awesome !!!
