We eat at Chili's frequently as we travel for baseball. This Chili's had the best service, food was fresh when it hit the table, drinks were kept full, our server was 🤌🤌🤌! So good I face that I spoke with the floor manager!

Food was cold. I was early to pick up and given someone else’s order similar to mine. It was cold, old and thrown away. I spent time explaining this on the survey with no response. I deleted the ap and am done with chilis. Second time in a row of throwing my money away. Once a great reward after a long week, now just a huge disappointment. Brenham tX chilis is not recommended by me at all. Go somewhere else that cares about the customer.

This place used to be very good with everything, I don't know what's going on now. I ordered a mushroom swiss burger meal online, and when I spoke to this lady that seem to maybe be a manger picked up my order, everything that I asked not to be on the burger was on the burger with no mushrooms at all and a few grilled onions like literally a few as in a pinch hardly could tell they were any at all. I notified an employee of the issue. I think Mel was her name, who made me aware that they were out of mushrooms and that she'll have them remake the whole order over, but the manager I assume that was in a red shirt never said anything about any issues when I picked up my order. Mel brings my order back out, and even though they were out of mushrooms, there still was a pinch of grilled onions which you would think they would accommodate you more since they're out of what I actually ordered, which I honestly should've never been charged for since I got the bare minimum burger and not what I actually asked for due to shortage of products. So I had to ask for a side of grilled onions, which Mel and another employee helped me out with. Staff was great besides the lady not telling me anything once I picked up the order, she just let me grab and go and never confirmed anything. Food was most definitely bad or a fail for me due to all the corrections that had taken place. I feel I was overcharged as well, which should've been corrected.

Overall, everything at this Chili’s was just average. We were able to be seated right away but unfortunately, our order was messed up. We asked for a chicken sandwich to have no pickles, and when we got it, it came with pickles. We also mentioned to the waitress that two people in our party were going to split a chicken sandwich, but the waitress literally brought out a half a chicken sandwich for each person and a small order of fries on each plate. This surprise me, because we were planning on cutting the sandwich ourselves and dividing up the fries. I definitely think since they did it themselves at the restaurant we got less fries than we normally would. Again, the waitress never gave us this option and just automatically brought out two halves. The food was a very salty but it was fresh and hot when it arrived at our table. Due to this restaurant, being empty at the time that we were seated, I think the wait staff should have paid a little bit more attention to the order, to ensure it was exactly how we wanted it.
