We eat at Chili's frequently as we travel for baseball. This Chili's had the best service, food was fresh when it hit the table, drinks were kept full, our server was 🤌🤌🤌! So good I face that I spoke with the floor manager!
Overall, everything at this Chili’s was just average. We were able to be seated right away but unfortunately, our order was messed up. We asked for a chicken sandwich to have no pickles, and when we got it, it came with pickles. We also mentioned to the waitress that two people in our party were going to split a chicken sandwich, but the waitress literally brought out a half a chicken sandwich for each person and a small order of fries on each plate. Hi! Just wanted to leave a quick review. My son’s steak never came out quite right. It wasn’t bad by any means, but the hospitality manager just came out and offered us gift cards to make it right! We didn’t even complain, just mentioned in passing to our server. Outstanding!
