Well what do you know! I don't know if it's the case that every church is now but I found out yesterday that this churches had spicy fried chicken and when I look online the spicy chicken does not utilize eggs or milk the two most common food allergens in the United States. So today I gave it a try and oh my! It is way better than Popeyes ever thought about being!! The spicy chicken is spicy out of this world and very good! Now I'm hoping that all churches have the same spicy fried chicken I'll have to check on the one at home because I haven't eaten there in years because I never cared for their regular chicken which actually does contain eggs and milk in the batter both. Way to go churchs!!

Love the spicy tenders and mash potato. Service is decent. Drive thru is hit or miss; sometimes there would be nobody to take your order. Pretty sure theyre short on workers.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 wings, a small mash potato with gravy, and an apple pie.The total was $11.12. Was it worth it? I don't think so. The customer service skills or less than mediocre and the food is not up to par! I suddenly realized why I stopped eating here.

The ONLY reason we go here is my son loves Church’s. But not going back..ever again. My daughter went thru the drive thru & ordered “drumsticks” instead of “legs”..not ALL places call it the same.. (she wasn’t aware of that.). The lady who took the order yelled at her said we don’t have drumsticks..do u want thigh, breast or legs? The “legs” were so damn dry my son ended up chucking the so-called dried out leg pieces. Horrible experience..especially this time.As it is..the place isn’t lit up at nite; they close before the business before the actual time; the people that work there slack off & r very rude too! This lady is there all the time. I’m assuming it’s a manager..if that’s the case she need to be let go.. Church’s will be losing a lot of customers due to this horrible customer service. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

Don't know whether to give it a three or a four star. You go in there and sometimes they have no chicken and it's sithe clock dinner time and they ask you to wait for ten to twenty minutes. They're not very cheerful people. It's like they really don't care if you're there or not. And it's hitter miss on if it's spicy or not. But since it's the only place that does sometimes have spicy chicken. And that's what I want. I go there to take my chances. The only chicken place in town that I know of that has spicy chicken.

I went on 11-19-2023I ordered a 10 piece family and they said it would be 15 minutes so we pd and went to store and came back and all staff was outside smoking we're waiting and there are people in drive thru waiting. When they finally came in they said another 15 minutes we waited a total of 40 minutes but only cause we had already paid and they wouldn't give us our money. During this cashier gets call and takes off. Bad service period.
I live close by this Church's place in Brenham Texas, I never going to go back, the food was was cooked hours before even this was thiered times happend and I told them give hot fresh food but the owner still didn't do it, I don't know how he is still in business.

I love Church's Chicken. I order the same thing each time. My sides are ALWAYS mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. I paid for the extra side. But did not get the cole slaw. Tried to call the number on my receipt. It appeared to be a personal cellphone. I left a message and no one called. It had been over five days. I am NOT happy.
