I waited 20 mins for a kids meal (which was not great) with an empty restaurant. While I was waiting I had to listen to the employees yelling and arguing in the kitchen. I won’t be back.

Omg! I'm so upset. I wanted a blizzard, but instead I got milk with toppings. The child at the window, had not manners, did mot greet me and just regeneratedmy order and gave my my total. She proceeded to put ice cream in the cups for the blizzard, and the cups just sat there...MELTING. She finally puts the toppings in and AGAIN, the cups just sit there. She handed me mine and it had turned to milk. She did not even flip the cup over. So, I have milk sitting in my cup holder, then it took about 5 more minutes to get my other two Blizzards. I want too pour out my milk and have them redo it. But I did not want spit in my cup. I opted to write a review instead. I'm highly upset.

This used to be the best ice cream, especially the cheesecake Blizzard which was always so delicious. Unfortunately, the last three visits have been a disaster!!! We kept coming back thinking the issues were just flukes, but nope...The last time, the person at the window flipped it and part of the Blizzard spilled out. She just laughed and said “oops” and handed it over. This time, the person at the window didn’t even try because the Blizzards were so runny and overflowing. We ordered four and while we were still waiting, they were already dripping and making a mess in the car. By the time we got home (just a five minute drive) the Blizzards had turned into soup. What is going on at this location?

Grabbed to-go on my way to work yesterday and was served a like-warm microwaved burger. They weren’t even busy. Decided to try again today, and same thing. The cheese wasn’t even slightly melted. This place definitely needs to hold a training day/week. The manager also seemed to struggle with counting the drawer. I know this because I almost had to help them just to be able to get an order in.
I gave atmosphere a lower score because there were people just standing in the walkways inside.

Dairy Queen has always been a favorite place to go for burgers and blizzards. However, I ordered a few meals for my family, and then a blizzard. The cashier told me that they couldn't make blizzards today due to the machine being down. I asked if it's the same machine to make shakes and soft cones, because we would gladly order those instead. He said it was all the same machine. So disappointed, we paid and sat down waiting for our order. Then, we saw a customer order and be served a soft serve sundae. And a few more minutes later, a man getting his blizzard. If anyone else told me this happened to them, I'd assume they were probably to blame and leaving out part of the story, but I'm truly not. No clue why this happened here, but it did. The rest of the food was decent though.
