Was the only person in line and waited forever to pick up my to go order because there was nobody at the register. My food was cold because of the extended time it took for someone to help me. I requested mayo and ketchup with my napkins and silverware and didn't receive it. Blah.

Host and waiter were a delight but I did not appreciate the possible manager speaking the way he was about the staff and loudly at the front by the register. Please do better!! I love coming here but this was unpleasant.

On 12/12/25 at 945-10am Store manager Matt Burton was yelling at a female staff tell her to come here and she replied I have orders to get and he replied come here.. I said come here to where we can hear him very loud very unprofessional not right

This used to be such a good place, however, the food is now just meh. Our waitress (young girl) acted like we were bothering her by asking for basics. We did address this with the manager and he said he'd heard the same complaint about the waitress from others and was aware and would handle it!
Melissa was a delight to have as a server. Very attentive and my coffee never ran out. Very professional in her job. Friendly and inviting.

This is what I got for my sandwich! One slice of ham i have NEVER an any Dennys location i have been too had this done. Simply ridiculous. Especially after a 4 hour hospital stay. Cherry on top once i returned the plate, no one what so ever walked over to ask what was wrong or take accountability. I'm sorry but if you don't like your job get a different one.
