Ordered online for drive thru pick up when I got there I waited for 20 minutes and no one came to the window and said anything even though they clearly seem me. I finally parked and went inside to get it. I asked the girl that got our pizzas for us if they had anyone running the window and she said no not really. Yes they were all busy but they didn't have a sign or anything on the he window asking customers to come inside to pick up or anything just ignoring their customers. Very poor service.

I ordered carry out and they messed up my order. I was told that I would get a credit foe my order. Every time I call they give me the run around. Jason no longer works there so I can't get my order are a refund. Never will i order from here again.

Save your money and go to Pizza Hut, the pizzas here are a hit or miss and the service is horrible, they’ll sell you a drink or dessert they don’t have and “credit” you to get it next time but that never works out cause nobody can verify you got a “credit”.

2nd visit, and this time, the pasta did not have enough sauce. I ordered from the app, and when I picked up the order at the window, I was informed they were out of garden salads, so I accepted the Caesar salad. The bread twits were great. I hope they will add a couple more tablespoons of pasta sauce next time.

Will order from them again. I ordered from the new pizza place in Brenham and while it was OK, the dominoes offering was far better.

Good customer service on the phone, but Brian the manager put 18 pieces of pepperoni on a double pepperoni pizza! WTH?? So I called and he wouldn't even talk to me! Thanks Brian for your terrible pizza making capabilities, and your terrible customer service! I will not be back!They need someone to make pizzas according to your order!!
