Cute little cafe with a shop attached. They had sandwiches, salads, chips, normal cafe stuff. I had a grilled cheese with bacon, and chips. It was great. They also have an unsweetened tea that is flavored, when we were there they had passion fruit it was amazing. If in Brenham it's a good place.

From the outside, the cafe looks like it would be very small, but it was larger than we were expecting. That being said, it filled up quickly at noon. I had the turkey wrap with a curried mayo with the pea salad. Great! My friends ordered the crab cakes and said they were pretty good considering we weren't near the coast. The lemon-asparagus soup with goat cheese was fantastic. Cute artwork on the walls (for ambiance and to purchase) and all kinds of knick knacks you don't need but buy anyway. A treasure in a cute town!

Ok, for sure not a manly place. Yes the name says enough, but I love food, so I had to try. Menu has creative items and good down home items. Service was top in town! They've got soups, salads, deserts, sandwiches, wraps and even meatloaf and mashed potatoes. It's girly, but it's great food and better service.

The salad was so delicious and fresh, the flavors pairing together like an art. The whole experience was amazing and I can’t wait to try other menu items! So, so cool! Love this spot. Really spacious and unique, ample street parking, and of course the food is nice. I had the Queens Lunch and really enjoyed... soup de jour also really flavorful. Salads are also excellent - balsamic dressing was lovely. Will definitely be coming back!

Wow!! We are blown away with how delicious EVERYTHING was. We don’t have a single bad thing to say. We tried the Italian sodas, the cranberry spinach dip, cornucopia salad, the grown up grilled cheese and tomato basil soup and it was ALL outstanding! This will definitely be our new stop on our way home from visiting family.

I can't say enough good things about the Funky Art Cafe. I worked with Connie to put together a menu for a bridal lunch for 12. The food was so fresh and delicious and turned out better than I even imagined it would. It was a to go order and everything was packaged up beautifully and perfectly on time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! When I came into pick up the order, I just had a few minutes to look at the Pomegranate gift shop in the back half of the cafe. Can't wait to come back again and check it out as it was so lovely.
