Went inside in person to order and they refuse service if you won't give a phone number. You are not entitled to my information just to cook me food. I get it i'd I ordered online...BUT I DIDN'T.

Ok so I wish I would have drilled down on the reviews a little better. I did a uturn to come back. After walking in the door I actually almost turned around and walked back out but I was hungry and Chinese sounded good. So this is NOT a buffet anymore. You order at the counter and then get a pager and come back to pickup your food. BUT for some dumb reason they still turn the screen around before you pay to ask for a possible tip?!?😬 The food was ok but the soup was luke warm at best and the fried rice is just rice ( no veggies, sprouts or egg ). I guess I should have known by the lack of people there eating when I came in the door. I probably won't be back, sorry. Wish I would have had it a few years ago. Sounds like is was better pre-covid. Unfortunately this is the case with a lot of restaurants that used to be good before covid hit.

The food was bland and flavorless. No waitstaff, customers are required to order at a counter, wait for a pager, and pickup their orders. Our pager didn't work and by the time we went to ask about our for it was lukewarm. We won't be back.

This place is FANTASTIC!! I've been three times and I love everything I've had. The soups. YUM!! Today I drove over 30 miles just to get soup. I'm a huge fan. 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible management. We were called a liar over an egg roll. We ordered three and only got two then asked for the third and he said “ he counted them himself and there was nothing he could do about it except charge for another”. To us it wasn’t a big deal until he said my mother Diane Wooten was lying. That’s a no go. They lost 80plus dollars a week over a -10 cent egg roll.

First of all , this is a fast food restaurant, you go to the counter to order, from a crappy menu. I ordered one of the most expensive entrée, Orange Shrimp to start i peeled the coating off the shrimp ( dry and over cooked,) the rice (or what ever it was ) was old and dry. WonTon soup was better , but the won ton was not cooked all the way,part raw, very very very disappointed
