Edit: originally I had a five star review. But they have raised their prices across-the-board way too much. Compared to other locations which still have the two for $.99 Tacos. They are $1.29 here, did you really need to make $.30 more? And with that change, you filled them even less than you did before, which was already a sad amount compared to the other Jack-in-the-Box locations in the area. I’m just slightly disappointed because this used to be my go to place to get a cheap meal and to get some half decent fast food. With the portion sizes decrease and the pricing increase I definitely don’t see myself going here again

Worst Jack in the box I have ever been to! The menu is all messed up they don't serve half of the stuff on there, the employees are so rude, rolling eyes and smacking lips when asked a question. and the inside stays dirty! I didn't want the food anymore so left. Truly horrible experience

Ordered food at 6:48 online, told me 12-14min pickup time, didn’t get my food until 7:40pm almost an hour for an online order is horrible. What’s the point of ordering online if I still have to wait?! The drive thru service was horrible, rude and unapologetic about the wait. The food was sloppily put together, and Luke warm, this was my first and last time eating at this Jack in the box

Bought a bacon double cheeseburger was off temperature we got a chicken sandwich on sourdough it was mushy soggy the meat was not even meat it was cold and rubbery and slimy
We had ordered two of the fried tacos to go with it which they did not put in the bag we had to drive through traffic and in and out of several driveways to get back and the lady look insulted when we told her we didn't get our tacos those were also very lightly warmed everything appeared to have been microwaved or reheated very old and off temperature the poorest quality food I did feed most of it to my dogs I hope my dogs don't die
The fries were warm however there was no salt on them the entire meal was terrible the soda I ordered a Coke ended up being a root beer and Dr Pepper mix so they 100% screwed up everything I will never so help me ever shop at Jack In The Box again their food is below dog food quality I guarantee you that what has happened to fast food it is not even edible anymore? How can these people be in business?

Came in around 7:30, order 1214. It’s the second time I’ve had a bad experience here, paid for my food and was asked to pull around and waited for 30 minutes. They ended up giving my order to a different customer, the server who brought me my food was unapologetic, rude, and didn’t bring my receipt. When the workers saw me get out they then decided to bring me my order. Crummiest location I have been to, and they need training in customer service and speed in preparing orders because there is no sense of urgency for the customers waiting in the drive through. This kind of service will put this location out of business. While waiting out front, saw all coworkers talking and joking around instead of completing orders.

Unless you plan to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich do not depend on this jack in the box. Every time i come here regardless of any situation it is always an act of congress to make it out of this place with the right order in a timely fashion.
Took 20 minutes to get food for dine in. Put it carry out bags. None of the 3 meals were at food safe temperature. Employees walking around like their life is over because they are working. Ridiculous for the price of food nowadays.

Every time I come through the drive thru regardless of what I order I have to pull forward. What is the point of the drive thru if you’re more worried about your times at the window than customer service.

I ordered an Ultimate Cheeseburger and curly fries at this location to eat while at work. An hour later I was about to eat and realized the patty looked like someone took a bite out of it. I didn't eat it and I immediately threw it away. Lets just say next time Ill be going to Whataburger or McDonalds because it is closest to my job. DISGUSTING!
