They didn’t even make fresh taco they were old and they’re fountain drink was out they still gave up a watery soda worst place to go at night time.

I went to the jack in the box in Brenham. Sat in line for 20 mins before I would order. Then another 30 to get to the window. Paid for everything then had to wait another 20 mins. Had to leave my my child there to wait for food. While I go and pick something up before they closed. Only to return 10 mins later, and she's still waiting inside for the food. Jack and the box yall need to do better. I cant come here anymore if I have to wait over an hour for two burger, chicken nuggets and fries. Everyone in the inside is pissed

Waited for bmy burger but it was worth it. Bun was fresh. Lettuce, tomato, and onion fresh. The burger meat was hot and not greasy. definately will stop next time through.

I had a very bad experience at this Jack in the Box. The manager, Angela, treated me with discrimination — she was rude to me because of my race and even mocked my English, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the restaurant was in terrible condition: it smelled rotten, the chairs were sticky, and the whole place felt dirty. I would not recommend this location at all.

Nice example of a Jack In The Box. Clean staff was friendly and they made the food efficiently fast.
Edit: originally I had a five star review. But they have raised their prices across-the-board way too much. Compared to other locations which still have the two for $.99 Tacos. They are $1.29 here, did you really need to make $.30 more? And with that change, you filled them even less than you did before, which was already a sad amount compared to the other Jack-in-the-Box locations in the area. I’m just slightly disappointed because this used to be my go to place to get a cheap meal and to get some half decent fast food. With the portion sizes decrease and the pricing increase I definitely don’t see myself going here again

Worst Jack in the box I have ever been to! The menu is all messed up they don't serve half of the stuff on there, the employees are so rude, rolling eyes and smacking lips when asked a question. and the inside stays dirty! I didn't want the food anymore so left. Truly horrible experience

Ordered food at 6:48 online, told me 12-14min pickup time, didn’t get my food until 7:40pm almost an hour for an online order is horrible. What’s the point of ordering online if I still have to wait?! The drive thru service was horrible, rude and unapologetic about the wait. The food was sloppily put together, and Luke warm, this was my first and last time eating at this Jack in the box
