The lady who owns both of the franchised McDonald's in Brenham needs to sell to someone who actually cares. Far and away the worst McDonald's experience you will ever have. The employees will be on their phones while your order sits on a shelf getting cold, attitudes are terrible, orders are not accurate, and the list goes on. Everything that can go wrong in food service goes on at these locations. Today I watched the cook in the back drop 3 muffin tops on the floor and then proceed to place them on a customers sandwich. It's clear these two locations have a systemic issue that starts at the top. -10/5 Stars.

Food is decent depending on the time of the day you go late nights avoid. Employees DO NOT help at all, they actually will come up to the counter(looking down) look up at you and before you say anything DART to the back, it is so bad that especially at shift change they will drop everything and the incoming manager has to yell at them infront of customers to ask where they are at and who hasn’t been help. They don’t take cash which from what I found out may be a franchisee violation but don’t quote me however I remember seeing on the news a McDonald’s was under fire for not accepting cash just because they got the kiosks in 🤷♂️ but they have an actual sign telling customers no cash kiosks only so there is that. DO NOT ask for anything extra and I mean stuff they charge you for they don’t honor it and get made when you call them out on it when you paid for it already, oh and bring your own drink carry if you order a lot of drinks they don’t give you one as a courtesy and they get upset when you ask for one…And this is only the main store not even talking about Westwood though they have a great manager who I hope doesn’t get worn out that get stuff done over there 🤷♂️
They also don’t accept cash unless they really have to and limit how much you can have or use, 20 max I think which is odd for a giant corporate like McDonald’s(Franchise whatever) and I believe I did read McDonald’s policy that cash is still acceptable like at every store
Have to edit review again I completely forgot from covid forward but they will literally block or close the store including the drive thru during normal hours… idky but this is a more common than not occurrence, was told it was due to no staff but as stated above where you literally have people on their phones and what not and food literally piling up on the belt getting cold or if they are still warmers warm 🤷♂️
Vegetarian options: So McDonald’s used to serve a lot of options but the new menu is horrible and old, primarily outdated but this is a corporate issue and they have really lost touch with their consumers base
Dietary restrictions: They cook with onions on the burgers rather than adding them later which is a health hazard to some but it’s a corporate decision so 🤷♂️

If i could give negative stars this is the first review I would give it to the service here is horrible the people working the drive thru will leave you sitting forever they don't talk on the speaker and if you can get a response from them it is rude telling you to "hold up" were busy when there isn't anyone inside. This McDonald's should be shut down they let 13 cars go from the drive thru without taking orders what a waste of time and real estate go down to the 290 exit and use the McDonald's at the gas station because this one is trash.

Well, today I think was the worst day for this staff. So I saw people was panic. Took 7 min so they can give my order. And the coffee come with some dirty stuff. So quality no good, I don't think somebody gonna drink the coffee with this stuff.

Playroom extremely dirty, tables and floors with trash and pieces of food. Inside play area very dirty.
I ordered 4 frapes got charged for them than got told it was only 2 I asked hem to check he did than sed only 2 but the price dint reflect that than i got my food I get that they hate big orders but why mess them up the burgers where covered in mustard and ketchup un aseptable the money I paid was not filled with mustard
