This was the nastiest McDonalds I have EVER been too. If I hadn't already placed my order through the app, I would have left. The employees were non-reaponsive. I requested my fries be cooked crispy & they just looked at me, no response. I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER RETURN TO THIS MCDONALDS!

This McDonalds has to be the worse I’ve ever had. I can’t say I have ever gotten food that tastes fresh from this place. Customer service is terrible. Can’t even get anyone that will take your order. They tell you to use the Chaos. So if I want to pay with cash I guess is not an option because you can’t get anyone to help. The lobby is ALWAYS nasty dirty. I’m done with spending money at this place just to throw it in the trash.

I got there at 10:20 this morning to get breakfast. I was told by the young punk behind the counter they stopped serving at 10:30. I showed him my phone, it was 10:20. Then he says we'll you need to leave. I'm reporting this to corporate.

I enjoy McDonald’s because of the deals and points on the app. That is the only reason. The service at this location is consistently poor. Wait times 30+ minutes. It would speed things along if they allowed people to come inside to get mobile orders instead of clogging up the drive thru, but that’s never allowed. I’ve personally come inside to get a mobile order and an employee has told me to go to the drive thru (that’s wrapped around the street!) instead of just giving me my food. They consistently get orders wrong and are rude. You’re better off driving another few miles to the one by the movie theater.

This is the worst mcdonalds in the usa. Order is never right! the drivethru time always takes FOREVER (30-40min) then they will not take over a 20 dollar bill. My oder was 28$ i only had a 50 and they refused to take my money unless i spent 2 more dollars. This place is a dive. Terrible customer service. If you can just skip this mcdonalds and go to the next. The only reason i gave them a star is cause i had to.

It took forever to get our food out to us almost an hour and it was only for three people. People were just wandering around the back looking lost not doing anything while others were doing a lot. No sanitation no one had gloves on until a health inspector came. There soda had way to much carbonation “went and fixed it” and it was the same exact thing. Very disappointed in the service and food and beverages.
