This was the worst McDonald's I have ever been in in my whole life. They did not even have a ladies room. Everyone has to use the men's room. I found myself walking into the men's room, I closed the door which did not have a lock on it. I walked past a urinal and proceeded to the stall. I was extremely delighted to see is that the stall door did have lock on it. There was toilet paper all over the floor overflowing from the garbage after all that the new cashier messed up my order.

This location has very easy in and out access. It is located on a strip that has a Kroger, Pizza Hut, Hallmark Store, UPS and others. Across the street is a Domino's, Panda Express, and Subway. This McDonald's can get very busy and has a single ordering lane which at peak times will direct you into two lanes and of course no matter if there are a dozen cars or you are the only car, if the order is not immediately ready upon arriving at the window, you will be directed to pull up and wait at the first or second line (I still don't understand this if there are no other cars behind you, is there a presence sensor that makes their serve time not meet quota). Anyways, the service here is fast and accurate, and the staff are very friendly and nice, I highly recommend getting meals at this location if you are in a hurry!

We waited in the drive thru line for nearly twenty minutes before giving up. There were only 4 cars in front of us. We had enough time for my wife to walk to the HEB, shop, checkout, and come back *and then* for me to take my two sons into the bathroom (which was disgusting.) Yet after all of that, we still hadn't even placed our order. So we drove off and went across the highway to the Whataburger instead. We made it through that line in just a few minutes.

i’ve never felt the need to leave a complain but this is worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to, customer service inside is the worst. The women who took my order looked and sounded like she was on some type of drug. She got my order wrong twice and had attitude for no reason. It was overall just a bad experience. I wasn’t able to get her name but she was a white women around her 30’s. everything else was fine i guess.

Not overly happy. We didn't get the two sandwiches we ordered. Went to the counter to get them corrected. They said they no longer correct sandwiches after they are opened. However we were allowed to order new sandwiches to replace the sandwiches they didn't make.The manager apologized for the new rules.Sad. Especially for the price and what they are paid to work now.
