WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I do not expect 5 star service at a McDonalds by any means, but as a 50 year old woman this was absolutely the worst experience in fast food in my life!! No one answered in the drive thru after waiting for ever, so we went inside. A young man slowly walked to the register and just stared at us like we were interrupting him and had the nerve to make him work while he was at work. 😳 He never said a word to us and we waited over 12 minutes for a McDouble and large fry as well as an Oreo McFlurry for my son. Finally he threw a bag on the counter, he would never call out an order number or at least they order up, and I ate while my son waited for the McFlurry he ordered. I was able to finish my whole meal, and in my large fry I only had about 7 to 10 fries so that wasn’t filled up and my son asked about his McFlurry and thekid said. money said, “huh, oh I don’t know how to make one” and walked away. So I had him ask for a refund please, since we had already waited so long, and nobody informed us that they weren’t able to make it while I ate my whole meal, and a and the manager, who had just walked in from out front finally said “ honey a refund for what?” and my son said “for a McFlurry because he doesn’t know how to make it” and pointed at the kid and the manager was yelling at him because he didn’t know how to make one. They then were fighting back-and-forth while she finally made it!!!! OMG! These employees need to learn how to say hello and maybe have a conversation with their customers at minimum level. We saw two other gentlemen working in the back that had on blue jeans and flannels, nobody had a uniform on in that location except the manager who walked in after the fact. WILL NEVER EVER go back to this location, it was actually absurd!!!! I have never ever written a review for a fast food restaurant, but this upset us so much and was so ridiculous that we felt we had to say something this time. Unbelievable.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I did not even get to order my food because the young teenager was very unprofessional. I pulled up to the drive thru and there were “caution floors are wet” signs in front of the drive thru, so I went around to the window and tried to get a young worker’s attention to ask if the drive thru was open as he proceeded to ignore me, I asked him again and he lifted his hands and said “I don’t know” and proceeded to tell me “bye” as I drove away. He was a young black man with mini twisties in his hair and he was so unprofessional, mind you I am black so I do intend describing him with no hatred whatsoever. This McDonald’s needs to do better every time I go here there is a problem that seems to never be fixed. If you can avoid going to this McDonald’s, please do.

Sat morning March 29 about 8am.
Manager should be fired. Real up happy behavior, impolite, didn't care attitude.
Was that way to everyone.
Was my first and last time.

They made me and multiple other customers wait over 45 minutes for our meals. When concerns were brought up with staff, which no one had a name badge, they brushed everyone off. They said" were understaffed" and walked away. A gentleman wanted a refund and they made him wait over 30 minutes to issue his refund. Customers got so fed up they started putting their own drinks behind the counter and staff just looked away to ignore the situation... Conflict waiting to happen

This is by far the worst experience EVER and if I could give zero stars I would. I understand this is McDonalds so expectations are not high. We at 11:55 AM and saw the inside busy considering it was lunch time. We waited over 45 minutes for food and the staff were not helpful and incredibly rude. When asked for an update I was told by a young lady that they’re short staff and don’t have to argue. If they’re that far behind they should tell guest upon ordering. We walked out without food, hopefully it was given to someone in need.

Ordered and waited 25 minutes no food. Nobody’s order moved. 5 people working nobody did a thing. Complete embarrassment. Finally left without receiving food. I guess they got my money for free

They don’t even use the drive through. They just ignore you. And I could get better service in hell and a shorter wait on a life sentence

This place definitely needs to be reported to health inspectors.

First of all, I was standing at the kiosk trying to order my food and one of the employees started mopping around my feet like she couldn’t wait the five seconds it would take for me to order.

Then when I walked up to the counter just to order an ice coffee while I waited for my food I seen how absolutely disgusting it is in the back. trash EVERYWHERE. People aren’t in uniform and what looked like dirty clothes. No one had on gloves and hair nets even though everyone had long hair.

They have absolutely no idea how to run a food establishment. Completing people’s orders out of order and losing tickets.

I had to go and ask where my food was after 20 minutes and they had to take my receipt to even get the order together.

Absolutely horrendous.

More than one time we sat in line at the drive thru for more than 25 minutes. Poor service. We left after 28 minutes today. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!

The store is disgusting. Waited for 10 to 15 minutes for my order. There are three people working and only one worker trying to take orders and to take care of everybody else. This is unacceptable as a restaurant in our family restaurant at most. This is the most disgusting restaurant I ever been in my life they should shut down the store And close it forever because the owners don’t care how the stores look apparently or the customers or the workers because people here are sick and are serving food. This is discussing store I rather eat in the alley than either of these McDonald’s in Brenham. This is inappropriate. It should never happen at a family establishment It is wrong for a restaurant to be running like this with trash, running out of the trash cans floors with trash on it
