This is where I order the same breakfast every morning on my way to work. Breakfast sandwiches were burnt and I was asked to pull up to receive my drink order. After waiting almost 15 minutes, I went in to check, which they completely forgot about. No apologies or effort to refund my money. I won’t be back.

The daily double is supposed to come with diced onions and slivered onions; they gave me no onions. I ordered no salt and the patties were so salty that I couldn't eat it.
The kiosk was out of paper, so there was no receipt with an order number. The screen at the counter to display orders was off. The employees bagged my food to go when I ordered dine in. I didn't get my food when it was ready because they announced order numbers even though the faulty kiosk left no order numbers.
