I like that McDonald's. The drive thru is a bit slower, but it is worth it. The drive thru people are friendly and I really enjoyed that. It is nice to give and receive a smile.The driveway on the beginning of the drive thru has a place where the concrete is a bit broken so stay towards the left side.

I just had a very bad experience in this McDonal. I ordered my food on the machine. It said that I take a number so that they will deliver my food to the table. However, they call out my table number instead of bringing me the food. Here is the problem. They didn’t prepare the drink which is 2 coffees for us. So, I have to wait for another 10 minutes since they have to add milk to the coffee machine. Last thing, they didn’t put a single napkin in the bag.

Stopped on our way home from Houston and went in to place an order because there were about 10 vehicles waiting in the drive thru. The door between the gas station and McDonalds was locked and I was instructed to use their lobby door. I went in and noticed that there were about 6 other people waiting. I waited about 10 minutes, and no one was taking any orders. The kiosk was down as well. About that time, A McDonald's employee, a girl, came in and loudly complained that she didn't know who kept unlocking the doors, but that she was going to clock out and "All Y'all" can work here short staffed. I'm going home!" At that comment, I left. If your employees are not there to do their best, I have no confidence in the food they would prepare. This employee needs to be fired for their blatant blow up with a store full of customers. Customer service is certainly gone out the window. I urge you to investigate this employee and location.

Maybe i got unlucky, but i had a poor experience there. Took the drive thru to order 3 breakfast burgers. Simple. But the communication was bad. We waited 15-20min to get the food after having paid. It took so long that the car behind us left. And in the end, the order was not even correct.

The bus driver stopped here for ten minutes before continuing to Houston. I ordered it and went to the bathroom, bought a drink in the shop next door and came back to collect it. It took about 5 mins. Staff was super friendly. Hum taste wise I think I prefer the cheeseburger in UK McDonald's. The one I had here seems to be more sour in taste.

I went to this McDonald’s on 3/11 and I received a burger which I wanted cheese and ketchup, there was only ketchup thats okay though but for the wait it took and the rude customer service from who was taking are order. The next day we come come back the guy at the window was lovely this was around 6:45-7pm and I pleased to know he was trying his best but I recieved two Coke’s instead of a DP and Sweet Tea I stopped and said this is carbonated and received the the tea. The next thing they forget is the fries in the happy meal, I ordered a quarter pounder only Ketchup and Cheese it came with pickles, mustard, and onion. This is not how a Fast food restaurant should be I got tired of complaining about whats wrong and finally just left because I had somewhere to be and I couldn’t wait another 20 minutes for the correct thing. For this is terrible service the gentleman at the window was lovely and that’s about the only good experience there.

The staff and manager George were absolutely amazing! George was so sweet,interactive, and attentive to not only us the adults but our kids too! One of our kids is obsessed with Anime and George was so generous he gave him is very own shirt that made our kids day! We had to take a picture with George. We came in from out of town and will have to always stop by when we come in to see George and the crew❤️The kids didnt want to leave and said this is the bestest McDonalds location ever and deserve 100 ⭐️ starsKid-friendliness: We come from out of town and the kids said this is the bestest McDonalds they EVER been to. They did not want to leave!
