Front deck was nice. The hush puppies were tasty. Beet salad was a let down. barely any beets and all of them had a weird raw but old texture

The tapas flatbreads were delicious. Sliders were amazing. Everybody was happy with their meal. Only thing that wasnt that impressive was the salmon. But great experience overall.

Our server, Miguel was very attentive to our needs and very friendly. He would be the main reason why we would come back.

Ate outside because of the nice front deck, but also took a quick tour inside - very nice. Really enjoyed the meal, and I especially loved the southern hushpuppies!

Excellent experience. Friday night at 7pm...only about 1/4 of the tables filled. Quick and friendly service with no issues. Argentinian Chimichurri and Buffalo Chicken flatbreads were rated as excellent (some of the better bread we've tasted in a while)...Cowboy Sliders also excellent. We ate inside, but the outside certainly appeared to be popular too.

Food smelled incredible which is the 4 stars. For Brenham the atmosphere was fantastic. Service…. It was pretty much empty. We waited at the empty host stand. What looked like the manager with another employee walked by obviously doing something else. He said, “hello, someone will be with you.” We waited a couple more minutes and left. Seems petty, maybe. Seat the customer and start the bill running. Even if it’s not “your job”. So simple. It seems so hard. It would have been a huge opportunity to show the employee(with the manager) how the business should run. Business would be easier without having to deal with customers, though. That is true.

The service was pleasant. We sat on the patio. I was hoping to order a burger and fries like it showed on the internet, but there was no burger on the menu. My wife ordered the spinach and artichoke dip. It was average, but the portion was about half a cup ($17.00). We also ordered the sliders because it was the closest thing to a burger on the menu. There were 3 ($29.00). The server suggested we get an extra one ($8.00) so that my wife and I could each have 2. The bacon on the sliders was not cooked through and we removed it. We also ordered fries (frozen run of the mill $7.00). I had a coke and the wife had water. Total before tip....drum roll please...$65.00!!!! My wife and I never complain about menu prices as long there is a perceived value. That isn't the case here.

If you order the French toast for breakfast/brunch, be prepared for one small piece of bread cut into 4 skinny strips. The rest of the meals come with a good amount of food, even enough for leftovers. Not sure why they do the French toast like that.
