I always go to this Subway location. It is the cleanest in Brenham. Good selection. The young man was quite friendly. The meal of the day was an excellent choice and budget friendly.

I witnessed the owner((or manager) dark brown hair older woman)) belittle and degrade the workers. How disgusting. Never will I ever imagine spending one more dollar here. How awful of a human are you to treat your employees this. If you feel this comfortable to talk to them this way with customers in front of you, How do you speak when no one is around??? How disgusting are you. Shame on you. I hope they all quit. They deserve better than YOU!!!

I don't know if the brown haired lady is the manager here or not but her customer service is trash. Especially if she drops something and you don't want it afterwards. You can tell the 2 lazy ladies here because they are always doing less. There is nothing about eating fresh at this location. One lady is 2 busy watching the younger workers to make sure they don't give out a piece of anything extra so she'll have more to eat for herself. Karen's for sure!

I would like to say that most of there employees r childish I tried to place an order over the phone and they hung up in my face because I asked who I was speaking to then when I called back they had multiple otp yelling at me telling me I can’t place an order it’s childish they think just because we friends or they know me it’s okay to be disrespectful not kool would like love to speak to the manager because I still was told I couldn’t place an order over the phone

the girl with glasses and blond hair was very rude. not good customer service at all. would not come back as long as she works here. this was on 11/2 around 2pm
The guy working here was rude when making our sandwich. Definitely do not recommend. He talked down to us and raised his voice. So I had to raise mine to hold my ground. Get food elsewhere, it’s not that hard to provide for customer service while making a sandwich. I’ve eaten at a lot of different places and have never left a negative review but this was something else.
I think the guy working wanted to fight me? I either forgot to say that I wanted a 6” sub or he didn’t hear me but I asked (again?) for a 6” sub before he put anything on the bread. He rolled his eyes, told me I didn’t say that I wanted a 6”, chucked the other half of the bread in the oven and slapped on the rest of the items. Then when I went to grab a bag of chips he walked from behind the counter up to me and glared at me up & down without saying anything. Other than that- sandwich was fine and the girls working were nice. This was 8/6/24 around 12:20.

We ordered on the app and went into the store. We were early and knew we were early and prepared to wait. The woman making subs said she would be right with us. At that time we realized she was making our subs and said as much. In our minds that was our way of saying we didn’t need extra help. Immediately the woman in the red shirt yelled- we have until 12 to make it. We were taken aback by her outburst. I said we know we are early and not trying to rush you. Mind you it was 11:47 and no one else was in the store! It was so unprofessional! I would have made a comment, but our food was put out and she disappeared into the back. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
