Staff is very unprofessional and rude worked at Taco Bell many times in my life and I can say without doubt this place is a joke shorten you on your food portions to save ingredients the potatoes are never fresh on the soft tacos always hard and cold this place make taco bell look like joke gimmick food which it is but you can tell when staff puts their heart and soul into food and they don't here the black old shift lead with glasses is very rude and don't care

Im a trucker and after reading the reviews I was honestly pissed (that i hadnt checked them before I parked) and terrified (that after a long day with zero to eat I was about to pay out the nose for basically dog food). I dont know if I got lucky or if the other reviews are from angry people with no hobbies but I went in, immediately ordered on the kiosk (because life is too short to care about that imo), waited a dew minutes and got my order, which was perfectly portioned, correct, and the same price I have paid at every other taco bell. I always order the same thing so Im quite sure about this. I had a pleasant experience and im currently eating my food now. :)
Visited this TB, hate ordering on the screen nobody at the cash register, place not clean food on the tables with flies, trash cans full, air conditioning out, crunchy taco shells broke. Prices outrageous for what small portilns you get. Love TB but I think I have to wait til prices become reasonable and pride in there food comes back. Lettuce, beans, flour/corn tortilla, sour cream and grated cheese is at steak prices. Another poorly ran buisness decision.

I like the Taco Bell chain, it's a hit or miss on some. Today we went to the one in Brenham. Staff was cordial , place was clean, but portion size was lacking. From below, where's the chicken? Ordered the chicken quesadilla, large tortilla, but last slice only had 2 pieces of chicken.
