Authentic, scratch-made Thai dishes, offering a variety of fresh hand select proteins, vegetables, and sides. Even the peanuts are hand crushed. Their food is made to order to suit your tastes, even for the non-spicy. You will be delighted.

Drove thirty miles to come, and they said they were open at 11:00am. I sat there for about thirty minutes before a woman finally got out of her suv, and opened up the trailer. I kept my mouth shut and didn’t say anything negative about the punctuality thinking the food would make up for it. I ordered chicken patay and chicken and shrimp pad thai. The chicken patay was more than likely leftovers, because it was dry and crunchy. The pad thai smelled like dead rotten seafood, and the shrimp was really sticky and slimy. I ate a couple of bites, and got sick to my stomach. I spent over thirty dollars between the two meals and a tip, and am very disgusted and disappointed with my experience. I will never come again, this was down right disgusting and disrespectful. The only thing positive about my experience, is that the lady was pleasant, but it doesn’t make up for everything else.

Thai cowboy has been consistently delicious. I always order shrimp pad Thai and my husband always ordered shrimp fried rice and were both always very pleased. I would give a 10 if I could. Thai Cowboy is our favorite!!
The Pad Thai great! Do yourself a favor and get side of extra sauce!! The spring rolls are fantastic too! And the lady is very nice. I always tell myself i am going to branch out and get something different, but I cant bring myself to leave without pad thai and spring rolls!
