Maybe it’s it was a bad day ? My car was the only one in front? My companion and I really wanted Italian for lunch! I ordered the Chicken Picard. He ordered the veal parmigiana. They were both terrible (disgusting)! My chicken tasted like it had been ripped apart and then tried be put back together into one chicken piece! So the texture and taste were nasty! Someone used 1/2 a jar inedible. My companion’s Chicken parmigiana was also looking reconstructed and the sauce was so bland. He has to watch his sodium consumption or he would have dumped a whole shaker on it! He said the side of spaghetti looked okay but was so overcooked it was like eating a bowl of mush! This was no Tuscany cooking… this was not even an attempt to follow a cook book. Now I understand why I never see many cars parked in front!!!! Your cook (not chef) needs to go back to cooking 101!

Used to love going here until they increased their prices and reduced their portions by half.

Place used to be decent, but it’s gone down hill drastically. I’m guessing they are fixing to go out of business or are bad at managing money, because they were out of butter and greek dressing, served flat coke, and have cut their portions in half. The server openly admitted that they were running short on supplies, and were told to keep things from customers, unless they asked for it. I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and Italian sausage, and they brought me out plain spaghetti with sausage, but no meat sauce. When I asked if it had meat sauce, they said it did, but it did not have any in it at all. Then they tried to charge me for something they didn’t give me. When I said something about it, they brought me a small bowl of meat sauce to the table, but only after I finished my meal. They have this elaborate drink menu, but have no license to serve alcohol (why have it on the menu and advertise what you don’t have)!?!? We won’t be back after tonight. They wont survive long with service like this! Beware Brenham, Texas!!!!

Very good food. Real mashed potatoes with the meatloaf. Very tasty sauce. Different from the traditional meat loaf but very good. I'm not a fan of jazz music and could maybe change the music up a little?

Went to place of business. They we're closed.
Saw a Facebook post about the changeover to the new owner Gino. Decided to give it a try today. It was awesome from the sample of the tomato basil soup to the awesome house salad. Ordered the chicken fettuccine and it was delicious. My wife had the salmon which she orders everywhere that serves it and very rarely is wowed. But she was blown away. The bread was great and an entire bowl of butter.

Food is great and people are even better. Thank you.
I ate there with a pre-arranged group of 35 people yesterday. They were not prepared for us, with a notice of 7 days. Nothing was prepared ahead of time, like the salads, etc
And we only had one waiter. I would not advise anyone to eat there with a large group!
But, the food was delicious! Please take this as good advise, because the restaurant has great potential.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Dined in for lunch. The new “manager” seemed like it was his first day in a restaurant, knew nothing about any of our questions and made no effort to find answers. While waiting for our food, we noticed GERMAN COCKROACHES, not one, not two, but 3 on the walls next to our booth. We told our server and were told that they have been fighting them for months. HIRE AN EXTERMINATOR?!? If the dining room looks like this, how does the kitchen look? Our booth was extremely dirty when we sat down, what appeared to be bread crumbs or cheese bits all in our booth and the server just wiped with his hand and threw it on the ground. Nice of him to feed the little bugs. We were told the young man who used to be in charge here was moved to another location, very sad to hear that, and see how this place turned out. Check your food from these people.

Honestly, I was disappointed. I went in with high expectations based on a recommendation, but the experience didn’t live up to the hype. The food was cold and underwhelming, and our server was clearly overwhelmed and stretched thin.
I will visit again. Maybe they fix the problems.
