Wanted get some food and customer service acted crazy ! Like I get if you hate you job but I didn’t sign you up to work there 😂. Hispanic looking guy at drive thru window tried taking my payment I had a drink in my hand and set it down on the window so I could pay and the guy freaked out swearing at me, I get it he told me he couldnt take it and to throw it away at the trash can but my car only had 1 cup holder I just need somewhere to set it while I payed but swearing at me and threatening violence is ridiculous! This place hires anyone for real. drive thru window thru might be a little too hard for him maybe have him buss the tables and try to work his way up to cashier that way he isn’t around too many people! Would give zero stars also breakfast hash browns are always fried in one big clump easy solution shake the fried hash browns in/out of the deep fryer

I visited the Brenham Whataburger location today for the first time, and I was very impressed. Amy, the manager, was out on the floor personally greeting guests, which really stood out to me. She even offered my daughter a refill and playfully called her “sugar,” which my daughter thought was so sweet.
It was also clear that Amy had a great relationship with her staff, which made the whole restaurant feel welcoming and positive. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, and the overall environment had an uplifting energy that you don’t always see.
I truly wish I lived closer to this location, because I would definitely come here more often. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I loved the way the staff brewed “decaffeinated” coffee especially for me. I know, I could have settled for regular, but Dora went the extra mile for me. Made me feel so honored and made my day. Thanks to Dora ! Will definitely be back.
