Always like Whataburger. Stopped at this facility while traveling through Brenham late on a Tuesday afternoon. It did not impress me as one of the better Whataburgers that I have been to but it was OK. I did notice a worker wearing a bright safety vest in restroom who did not bother to pickup paper towels on sink. Then proceeded to restaurant behind counter and just walked around talking with everyone.
The only reason this is getting 4 stars is because of the manager Mark. This was a very chaotic evening due to negligence of other employees. Mark was having to complete every task at hand such as: Take orders, Run food out to curbside, Used the fryer, Correct wrong orders given out, and deal with frustration of other customers. Despite all of that he still Mark kept his composure and was sincere with every apology due to the long wait times and incorrect orders. To reiterate...
It must have been someone's first day, so I am not mad, but I asked for two egg sandwiches (clarified for no cheese, clarified that they were biscuits) and I got two egg and cheese sandwiches (burger bread). Kinda laughable.
