I called to ask nicely before they were open if they could reserve a order for me and before I could even get a full sentence out the lady or girl and I'm sure she was African American, annoyingly said we "We not even open yet!" And I asked nicely so I can't put an order on hold? Her response "No!" And I calmly said well can you be a little nicer next time and again before I could finish my sentence the phone was hung up in my face. Just awful customer service. Makes me wonder what they do to your food if you make them mad.

I love the .70 cent wings on Monday and Tuesday as long as you get 10 or more wings
I ordered online, the food took 40 minutes to come out. My chicken wings,sandwich and my fries came out cold and the fries are undercooked. I got the food when it came out, I was waiting in store.

They have a new worker in there and she told me her name but I forgot so I will describe her because I want her to get all the credit. She a tall, slender, light skin lady and she is always PROMPT WITH ORDERS, SHE HAS THE DOOR DASH ORDERS READY, SHE EVEN MAKES THE DOORDASH IRDER DRINKS, SOON AS SHE SEES YOU ENTER THE STORE SHE IS AT THE FRONT COUNTER TO SERVICE YOU. Neat little wingstop tucked into the corner of the strip center you can sit outside as well!
I’ve already ordered out like 2-3 times and they always be forgetting something in the order if it isn’t the ranch, it’s the veggie sticks, if not the fries. I tried to give it chances but it’s always the same thing. The wings are alright, fries are always without flavor and soggy!

Literally the worst experience. We pay for our food and fountain drinks, go to fill up drinks to find there are no sugar free options. Instead of treating us like humans who paid for beverages, a passive aggressive employee marched out and slapped an out of order sign on the machine. She walked away while saying “deal with it”.

These are all paid reviews or 5 star generated. This whole business is a joke or a scam. The workers are all trippin off of something while they’re working. They take 45+ minutes for single orders. They don’t clean anything right and they start closing their doors 3 hours before they actually close. Please don’t waste your time.

Walked in around 9pm. I left 10 min later as not a single word was said to me, even after I was at the counter and smiled and waved at the employees and they just stared at me before going back to cooking. They were probably 4 guests in the building and I saw another 2 people walk out. All the chairs were already placed upside down on the tables as if they were closing even though yall are ipen til 12am? Maybe change the hours? Guess I won't be spending money here. Terrible customer service.
