Beautiful experience loved the atmosphere, very well organized and the workers were thoughtful! I had a wonderful time being here, didn’t like how some customers were treating the staff though. I get people want things but everyone is busy. Wish people had more respect for the workers! Here are some pictures;
Wings actually came out quick and we're cooked perfectly Fries were on point and as always that ranch was fire. Clean and service was good it was a good meal after a trip back from Austin.

The manager should have a training in customer service. I’ve been here twice and both times have been ignored until it was absolutely necessary for them to acknowledge me, and then they acted like it was an imposition to take my order. If it wasn’t for the customers they wouldn’t have a job. On the positive side, the wings are pretty good

The staff served females before people that have ordered 30+ minutes infront of them. Do not recommend. Let's see if I get my money back after I stood in the lobby for over 30mins and decided to cancel my order, after multiple people behind me on the list posted on the screen were served their food infront of me.

Ordered online but was told that no sodas would be added because it was unavailable however, they did not adjust the meal with a drink displacement. They said we could add a water for $1.50 additional fee. Inside, they were serving sodas.

Bad customer service, as in rude and lazy employees. I have been shorted wings here before, and the fries are always soggy and disgusting. As expensive as wings are getting, you’re better off buying them from the store and cooking them at home. They need to shut this place down!!!!
The service here is terrible when the men are there. They got my order wrong twice and had a problem with me saying so. I ordered buffalo ranch fries and they gave me soggy cheese fries. I took them back and they tried to pour buffalo sauce on my fries. When they remade the fries the put a drop of buffalo sauce and a drop of ranch on about two fries. Food is too high to take a loss and not be able to eat what you paid for.

Well this location has gone down hill, now they want to charge you for the condiments now l,the people they have working here have a horrible attitude and don’t care about the customers. This will be the last time that I ever step foot in this establishment in Brenham, Texas again. They need to bring back their old employees. The ones they have now are horrible.
