The pizza was great! The wait time was very long, but I have to consider this was during Spring Break, and on a Wednesday, not too many restaurants are open on a Wednesday during the week I was there. Great customer service.

The girl serving ice cream has long fingernails, no gloves, kept touching her glasses and face. She’s the only one working so line is very slow. The whole time I was waiting in line I never saw her wash her hands.

It was quite busy on the 31st of January, 2024. The restaurant was packed. As an employee, I was quite proud of the way my coworkers and I worked. We were quick and efficient, and though we made a couple mistakes, this is understandable given the level business we had. There was an order that got mixed up and a BALT got out late. Understandably the customer was upset. However we got their BALT out relatively quickly even with all the other orders. The kitchen gave that BALT priority so it was made first. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience though. We have a very hardworking and dedicated staff as well as a very well rounded menu. We would like to thank all of those who visited us on the 31st for their business and patience. Your business is much appreciated and we hope you will come back soon.

There is not one thing I can say that is positive about this establishment. Outing in Brenham, there were 6 of us. Arrived at the restaurant Wednesday 1/31/24 there were only 2 other tables with customers. Placed our three orders and found us a table. Waitstaff brought the first 2 items to the table and one of the items wasn't anything any of us had ordered. Next two deliveries and 5 of the 6 of us had received our food. Asked where the BLT sandwich with chips was and the guy took off. He leaves and comes back and said the order was never put in and takes off. 10 minutes later the guy who had taken our order at the counter walked by and we flagged him down. Asked where the BLT was and we get a blank stare. He leaves and comes back and says, I guess I never put the order in. I looked at him and said my husbands order was with mine. He shrugged his shoulders and said I will go put the order in. Everyone else had finished eating. I said please just give me my money back. He walks off. Few minutes later the waiter walked out with my BLT. I then had to ask for a to go box for my cold and soggy BLT sandwich.There were no eating utensils anywhere - people were going to the counter asking for utensils - neither the order taker nor the waiter seemed to be able to produce real or plastic utensils. The couple with us shared a spoon.People were walking out. Not sure how long this restaurant will be in business, but we for sure WILL NOT be going back

Terrible staff, rude, shouldn't be working with customers. Guy at the counter is the poorest excuse for a server, needs to be fired. He acts like his doing the customers a favor by being there, obviously doesn't want to be there, needs to be gone. Threw food on the table so hard, food fell out of bowls onto table.Vegetarian options: Chicken on cobb salad, cold, nachos cold, 1 tsp dressing for salad if you want enough for your salad you have to pay 50vcents a teaspoon.

First off you can’t order French Fries without a meal. So ordered a hamburger so I could get French fries. Hamburger was dry, dry, dry! Horrible. Must say onion rings were probably best I ever had. They didn’t get my order correct after repeating it several times. Hard to find a clean table. Then my granddaughter spilled her drink and I asked for a clean up. They cleaned up the floor but not our table.

When we walked in the guy at the counter couldn’t even greet us. came in 3 hours before they closed and every table was dirty. Servers had terrible attitude couldn’t people people had to go to the kitchen to get help from workers. Pizza I ordered was incorrect. I’m not sure if they were supper busy that day. Over heard workers telling other workers to turn off the phone so they could receive calls. Foods alright and I absolutely love pizza and I wish I wouldn’t have waisted my money. Owners need to have a talk with staff asap.

We walked in no one was behind the counter. We got a couple of menus and went to the counter to order and waited for 7.5 minutes to order and NOBODY EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED US. Went to the candy side of the store and asked if this is were we order lunch and the rude girl said no and was in no hurry to find someone to help us. We walked out and found a better place to spend our money.
This place was an odd combination of slow service and mediocre food. Family of 5 ate here for lunch, they may have had 1 other customer at the time. One kid ordered a cheeseburger and the rest of us ordered two pizzas. After 30 minutes, the Burger came out first overcooked and In need of seasoning. A full 45 minutes after we ordered, we got our pizzas that didn't taste like much, definitely not wood fired and if anything, the dough was undercooked. Not sure how they stay in business.

almost all tables were messy while 3 employees just sat around on their phones. man at the front coughed all in my drink and didn’t think to cover his mouth. customers waited for someone to wait on them while all the employees remained seated. unfriendly and lazy staff. unfortunately will not be coming back?
