A group of us attended a sausage making class that Cajun Ventures put together. We had a great time. The owner and crew are fantastic people. We had a chance to see the back kitchen area, smokers, etc. Everything is very clean and organized. We were impressed. They also cooked lunch for us and it was some of the best brisket I've ever had. I highly recommend giving them a try!
Excellent place! I had a luncheon and needed 25 plates at the last minute. They came through, delivered, and helped to set up! Everybody was pleased with the meal and let's talk about the CHEESECAKE!!!!

I dropped in today for a plate lunch and ended up taking home several frozen dishes and home made bread pudding. The people working there are extremely friendly and very helpful. I have eaten from their food truck at local events, and the food was equally delicious. My entree was full of meat and well seasoned. My sides could've used salt, but that's a personal preference. All in all, I recommend their meat market as well as plate lunches.

I went in to Cajun Ventures today for a sausage class. I had a blast learning how to make sausage. Jacob and Brenda were fantastic hosts and the crew didn't hesitate to jump in and helps when needed. They fed us brisket sandwiches for lunch and it was the best brisket sandwich I have had since moving to SE Texas. I had a great time and met some great people.

I ordered some smoked chicken breasts from Cajun Ventures, LLC. Jacob had them all cooked, individually vacuum sealed and ready for pickup. They are fantastic! Bursting with flavor and very juicy. Jill & I thank you so much!
Stopped by for a bite to eat, the food was amazing some of the best food I have had... they make all products from scratch and have a large selection of ready to go food in the freezer section... the owner was very nice and helped me with every question I had, I would very much recommend stopping in for some delicious Cajun food....THE VERY BEST!!!!!!
