A group of us attended a sausage making class that Cajun Ventures put together. We had a great time. The owner and crew are fantastic people. We had a chance to see the back kitchen area, smokers, etc. Everything is very clean and organized. We were impressed. They also cooked lunch for us and it was some of the best brisket I've ever had. I highly recommend giving them a try!
Excellent place! I had a luncheon and needed 25 plates at the last minute. They came through, delivered, and helped to set up! Everybody was pleased with the meal and let's talk about the CHEESECAKE!!!!
