“This is the best place to eat in town. I've had the fried shrimp, fish strips, french fries, brown rice, and their salmon. Orders are always cooked correctly, and the price is really good too. Also, the service is friendly and courteous. I highly recommend their homemade tartar sauce. I've been going here for over a year and the food is good every time. See y'all soon!“

“I went to the hut tonight cause craving bbq so so much! Well, from the start my experience was unreal. The staff at the front window (two beautiful girls) were BEYOND kind and so much fun. The owner, and their parents should be so proud of them! Then got home and my food was AMAZING!! I can’t say enough good things!“

“I would like to thank Leonard for greeting me with a friendly smile especially since this was my 1st time here he helped me go through the huge assortment of combinations of plates that are the most delicious shrimp and fish that I've had in years it reminded me of when my grandfather would cook up our shrimp and fish It came out amazingly hot and fresh For a small little place it is a hidden gem I highly recommend this location their prices are very fair for the amount of food that you get the quality of food and the flavor there's approximately 10 tables to sit at and a large screen TV watch Thank you Leonard for my 1st time experience sir it certainly will not be my last“

“I had to contact the health department poison control the better business bureau and city hall on them I'm currently suing them as well And next I will be the news people don't eat here if y'all get sick know this is why cross contamination as well as rat feces etc was found there by current employees etc as well as myself ..“

“Excellent food!! The daily lunch specials are delicious! The chicken & sausage gumbo is a personal favorite! The 1855 steaks and boudin in the meat case are top tier. The staff is also great; always efficient, happy and polite. I'm excited to try their boiled crawfish during crawfish season! Can't wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to everyone. Do yourself a favor and stop by for lunch, stock up your fridge or freezer or book them to cater your next special event!“
