“Tried this spot one day while working down in Nederland, wasn’t thinking much of it other than I’m going to get some food and go about my day. Let me tell you!!!! I ordered the queso burger and I caught myself moaning with each bite, like it was the best thing I’ve put in my mouth in a looooong time. That whole day I couldn’t stop thinking about it. And I’m not much of a food person, I eat bc I have to. I rarely dream about food, hardly ever think about it. But I could NOT get this burger out of my head. I was hooked, and so I ventured out there a few more times within the next couple weeks, each experience the same as the first. I dunno what kind of voodoo magic they got going on in that kitchen, but WOWZA! This places has me hooked. Not only is the food delicious, but the staff are so friendly and attentive. After one order, they knew what I wanted everytime I walked in that door. Now I don’t recommend a lot of places to eat especially in this area, but if you only knew what you are missing out on, you would make the drive. Call me crazy but I’m officially addicted to food, just this food and I want it ALL the time. The Dude’s food should be renamed as Carli’s Food ☺️ bc I just can’t get enough of it. “I would like to give a HUGE shout out to 2 of your servers. I attended a birthday party in the back room Saturday Dec 6. There were over 40 of us there. Mike and Cassie were absolutely AMAZING!! They took GREAT care Of us and we lacked for nothing. They need some recognition for their labors !!!“

“Our small group stopped here today for Happy Hour and crawfish specials. We were an indecisive bunch but luckily our waitress was Neshia (sorry if I misspelled her name), and she made the best suggestions. We went with her recommendations, and we had the best meal experience. Neshia is a superstar, bringing us whatever we needed, frequently checking on us, clearing items off our table to be sure we had plenty of tabletop room. If you stop by Crazy Cajun, ask to be seated where Neshia is your server. We had the boudain ball appetizer, the crawfish specials and ice cold beer. The crawfish was seasoned perfectly--just spicy enough. They were very fresh, juicy and easy to peel. It was a chilly day but we picked a table on the patio and were toasty warm due to heaters and lovely fire pit features. This is the place to go in Southeast Texas to have a great dining experience with friends and family. I hope you're lucky enough to have Neshia working your table.“
