Love this place! Boudain best in all of Texas, they should compete for best boudain as I judged last years boudain contest, they would of got 10s from me! Really good food here! Never a issue here! Staff are amazing, always smiles and friendly!

A group of us attended a sausage making class that Cajun Ventures put together. We had a great time. The owner and crew are fantastic people. We had a chance to see the back kitchen area, smokers, etc. Everything is very clean and organized. We were impressed. They also cooked lunch for us and it was some of the best brisket I've ever had. I highly recommend giving them a try!
