Popeyes Louisiana Chicken

I waited in line for 12 minutes at the speaker before being asked to pull around - without anyone taking my order. I’ve been sitting at the window for 8 minutes now - with no one having come to the window. There’s at least 5 cars in parking spots waiting for their orders. I give up….

I’ve been waiting 15 minutes, and still comes outside and says 15 minutes. OMG, please don’t come to this place. Otherwise you will wait for 30 minutes to get your food. And it seems only one person is working. Not enough staff. This is dreadful. ?

Went friday with my husband, they only had like 2 people working and whoever was at the window he was rude he was an older black guy. Then the chicken was raw wouldn’t go back to this location again!

The most displeasing Popeyes I’ve ever been to. No one answer the speaker and when they did take the other cars order that came after us, they still never came to take our order afterwards. This Popeyes needs better management and service. This Popeyes doesn’t even deserve stars with such poor service.

Took 20 mini to get our food, then got home and realized our 8 piece was a 7 piece and everything was so burnt the frys were completely inedible not to mention you can never get anyone on the phone for a refund or re order

Ordered a 2 piece white meat mild with Cole slaw and a #2 chicken sandwich with fries. Got 2 pieces of overcooked dark meat with potatoes. The #2 chicken sandwich was overcooked and dry. We will never get "food" there again. That's one sorry excuse for a business.

We arrived at 6:45pm on Friday night. The app says they are open until 11pm.
The chairs were on top of tables and one employee stood at the window staring at us.
No sign on the door saying they were closed for a certain reason. Nothing!
Ridiculous!

The last 3-4 times I've been there, the order has not been correct. Food is great. Attention to service is HORRIBLE!!!

The evening manager here should be let go. He plays on his phone and ignores customers while waiting for their food instead of expediting orders. The poor employees are too afraid to speak out. This was a mobile app order and it still wasn’t ready when I arrived….thirty minutes later. Pitiful!

I’m a firm believer in being patient I’ve worked/ work in customer service but this places service sucks. You wait in the drive thru for a few minutes and then say hello after waiting a few minutes, then repeat hey guys I don’t mind waiting just please acknowledge me. And then still nothing till someone else pulls up, then you have to wait till the person pulls up next to orders then they ask what you can get..

To not have your order at the window
It’s a four piece dark meat with fry’s. Wasn’t even rang up making. And had to wait 20 minutes after I paid. It’s wild out here with three people in the drive thru.

They take forever and if your in the lobby it takes forever to even get your order taken. One of the worst places for service.

Placed an order through the driveway today on 6-7-24 at 6:30pm. The young lady with the blonde hair whom was scratching her nose, started picking up chicken and biscuits out of a box that a customer decided not to buy with her bare hands. She placed them with the other food to be re-served. I asked her why are you scratching your nose and picking up chicken with your bare hands without washing them to be re-served other customers. She stated with a attitude that it didnt matter because she didnt touch my food. I informed the manager, he didnt seem to care.

Went just to get the Cajun rice, one of my fav (not anymore) dishes. Was told that it has been discontinued. Ordered spicy tenders and they were on the chewy side. Not too fresh. The store was clean and rice but no other customers and it was the dinner rush hour. Also the lemonade machine was out of order. Might have been just an off day but no more Cajun rice? I might need a moment…

They got the AC off so they don’t need to run the warmers. Explains why the chicken wasn’t hot and the fries were soggy. The ice machine still didn’t have ice in the lobby and the soda was flat. Staff was yelling loudly in the back the entire time. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
