If I could rate ZERO stars I would, I am Whataburger LOYAL, I have business with this location 2x a month sometimes & I spend a lot of money here and every time it’s a mess , my food usually turns out okay but tonight and the last 3 x I go to pick up my salads with NOT one salad dressing in the bag, no big deal I politely ask for some dressing and it’s an ordeal that they have to consult a manager over and tonight they completely denied giving me any dressing at all! I mean it’s just ridiculous! It’s BASIC customer service , why are you refusing to give me ranch for my salad unless I pay extra!!?? They’re rude & honestly just not customer friendly and I won’t be back. There’s another location 10 more minutes away. I’m more than happy to make that drive . Whoever the manager is here that yelled at me over supplying basic necessities for a salad needs to be re trained . She ultimately refused my ranch dressing and then said “ I didn’t know you ordered a salad” well evaluate my ticket before you’re rude and yell refusing the customer ! Just don’t bother stopping here. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I might not make or break this store with my business but I’ll support any location but this one.

Don’t go to this Whataburger, the cashier flirts with any girl that walks in. The GM takes away breaks from employees. They have a pot-head that works there that’s always 45 min to 1 hour late. Some workers are toxic to customers. When there’s an inspection, that’s the only time the GM wears a hair-net. Food is always made to pull up before the timer is done for it. If any employee is sick they’re made to come to work because if they don’t the GM threatens to write them up or cut their hours. If an employee pukes they’re made to stay, they’re not sent home. Do NOT go to this Whataburger.

The cashier was very pleasant, he had a cheerful attitude and made me feel that my needs were his top priority. The restaurant was very clean, the condiments and drink station was clean and fully stocked. The food was good fresh and made exactly the way I requested. Highly recommend stopping in here if you're looking for good fresh food and a pleasant atmosphere. 👍 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Ordered on the app, and you still got the entire order wrong!!!!! What in the actual hell does it take to follow directions. Taquito without cheese Of course you put cheese!!! There were no hashbrowns at all however you gave us ketchup! Were you hungry and just decided to keep our food instead of letting us have it? We paid on the app, so basically you stole from us! In this economy, you as a business are stealing money from its patrons! I'm so angry right now bc I'm honestly so disappointed that when I pay for something I expect to get what I paid for. Assuming that people have values and do the right thing is unfortunately not a true statement anymore. So THANK YOU for stealing money from us and deciding to ruin your reputation in my eyes! I HOPE you enjoy the hashbrowns and the money you stole from us!
