Ordered dinner with door dash from here while staying in town at hotel. Was very specific on what I requested on burgers …..know they knew since it was plainly written on the receipt …..one arrived with zero items on it. And fries were stone cold. Will not order from here next time in town.

Seriously what's wrong with this whataburger? How do you undercook french fries when thats what you do all day and all night? Overpriced food just to get home to wet on the outside undercooked soggy french fries...ridiculous

Went through the drive thru. The girls at the window were sweet and fast. My order was hot, ready, delicious and CORRECT!! Bonus points for the girl who loved my Stella. 💜🐾💜

The drive-thru took a while to get through burger the Breakfast Burger was great! Customer service was okay.
Customer # 36 order # 108061. I was really looking forward to having whataburger as I haven't lived in TX for years. What a terrible welcome back.. my 3 piece. Chicken strip meal was 1 strip nugget sized and 1 strip broken in half which I presume they thought counted as 2. The toast was burnt beyond eating and the gravy was a concealed mess. The burger meat and veggies were average but again on a burnt bun beyond eating. Wasted $21 bucks. The onion rings were fine. Nothing special but edible and fine. Definitely not the whataburger experience I remember from my youth eating it every week. Not sure if all of them have tanked but this BC location had a very friendly nice staff, clean restaurant and bad food. What a waste.
