Very disappointed on 12-5-2025 at 6:45 p.m. No would take my order . They was sitting in their break room . Not being alert to the fact that there is a customer. I am a regular customer and know that it is difficult to see us at the counter .

Food was dried out and cold. It had obviously been sitting there for awhile. I was ill for days after eating it to top it off. The service was decent but that's the best that can be said.

They put cones up in their Drive-through 30 minutes before they closed. I’m guessing whoever was on shift didn’t feel like working anymore. find a job that has different hours if you don’t want to work that late.

Had a pretty good size order this morning. So I called to try and put my order in since the app doesn't work for this location. When I called I was informed that they do not take phone orders because they are not "equipped" to take them.
I'm guessing putting your phone down and picking up a pen and paper is not in her job description. When I told her I have put my orders in previously she got rude with me and said she didn't know what to tell me they have no way of taking them.
So I went to Whataburger and they gladly took my order.
