Dos Chiles Grandes Reviews
The food was good. The service was not. Between having to have items taken off our ticket, and the poor attitude of the cashier I'm very disappointed. The waiter had a great attitude and was personable but putting items on my ticket I didn't receive and then the cashier arguing with me when I asked them to be removed is more then I care to deal with.
In the last 6 months the service of the employees have gone downhill. When you walk in you have to stand there and wait until someone decides to come see if you need help. The wait staff is very slow they don’t come back and check on the table they don’t refill your tea as it get low I would like the see all the old staff return other wise I won’t be back in there

Dos Chiles Grandes is a newly opened restaurant in Bridgeport, known for its bright and nicely decorated open concept interior. The service is friendly and efficient, with drinks and food arriving quickly and presented well. The crispy Taco combo and Chimichanga with brisket are popular menu items, the latter being particularly praised for its moist, well-seasoned, and flavorful brisket. Desserts like flan and churros are highly recommended. The restaurant is also praised for accommodating special requests, such as making a custom salad for a pregnant guest. Customers mention that the carne asada is always well seasoned and tender, and the margaritas are decent. The indoor patio comfortably fits large groups, making it a good choice for team dinners or gatherings. The staff, especially Lola and her team, are recognized for their excellent service, helping to make visits memorable. Some reviews noted the queso could be improved and that the bill delivery can be slow at times, and there have been some reports of unexpected charges for additional salsa servings. Overall, Dos Chiles Grandes remains a popular Mexican spot in the area, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars.
