This Whataburger location is clean, well-run, and always delivers quality. The staff works hard to keep the line moving, the orders are accurate, and the food is always fresh. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do — from the friendly greetings to the attention to detail. Definitely one of the top Whataburger spots in the area.

My boss had a terrible experience at the Roswell, NM location. The employee was not only rude but insulted her and her family. Maybe she was having a bad morning, but she knew what she was doing and who my boss is. Corporate is gonna hear about this.

Bridgeport,TX is the best What a Burger I have ever been too. It’s always clean and the food is so good. I’ve been to many other locations but never as good as this one. The others should come take notes!!!

When I asked for a veteran discount they kindly said no that the only thing they do is a senior coffee. So sad that this location doesn't support the military nor it's veterans that helped keep the freedoms safe so this business can grow. Unfortunately I'll be adding them to the not veteran friendly list!!!

Drive through should not take 35 mins. On top of that we finally got our food and we were missing stuff. When we went back to get the missing food we had to wait again.

First visit ever… the Diet Coke taste syrupy and ordered Grilled chicken sandwich …. Waited 15 min and didn’t get what I ordered! It was fried. They got better fast food at McDonald’s and that is not saying much.

We love Whataburger, but now we will have to go out of our way to another town instead of local. The store in Bridgeport, TX (#1257), is so slow that this morning, I intentionally ordered online prior to leaving my house. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the Whataburger from our house. The order said it would be done by 6:08am. I arrived at the store at 6:09am, I went to the drive-thru and said I had an online order. I waited at the window for 5 minutes and then drove around to go inside. (I had my son with me, so I also had to get him out of his car seat as well.) I went inside, and it still wasn't ready! I didn't get my order until 6:17! That's almost 10 minutes LONGER than the latest time it said it would be ready. I get that they make it fresh, but if you order online, it should be ready by the time they state. If they started the order when they received it, that means it took 30 minutes to make my order. Which means they started it when I arrived, but that defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead! This isn't the only time they've been slow. In our experience, the location in Bridgeport, TX (#1257), is slow no matter if you order online, order at the drive-thru or order inside. Expect to wait 30 minutes. We can go to a sit-down restaurant and get our food (family of 4) faster than this. (Which we have done). I will no longer go to this location (#1257). I would rather drive an extra 20 miles to get better service.

My father goes to this Whataburger for takeout often. Joey and Holly usually wait on him and he can't say enough good things about them. They treat him like family and always go out of their way to make sure his order comes out fast and is prepared exactly to his specifications.

Not a whole lot differenr between Whataburger and Sonic.
This particular location misplaced our drive thru order and we had to wait a bit longer. To their credit, the young lady trying to help was very polite.
The girl who took our order in the driveway was extremely friendly. Probably the best customer service Ive ever had at a fast food restaurant.

So sad I’m pregnant and loveeee whataburger but all I wanted to do was puke. My bun was hard and burnt, my chicken was dryyy and kept ripping in parts and overcooked , but I will say the fries and drink was great. That’s all. Yall need new people who know how to cook or train your employees better there is a tremendous amount of negative reviews. Very disappointing :(
