I got the brisket sandwich and it was pretty cold, the flavor of the brisket wasn’t anything special and it was kind of tough. Maybe i caught them on a bad day, based on other reviews i would probably give them another chance though, hopefully it will be better. The area was clean and the customer service was great. 👍 It has a cool area outside and overall a good vibe.

I ordered the moist brisket plate, the brisket was pretty tasty and juicy, the Mac & cheese was just okay as well as the potato salad.
Overall, I find the food good but nothing that stands out to me.
The food is tasty but feels way too overpriced. 45 bucks for 2 people ! For lunch! I didn’t order anything extravagant. Restaurant seems fun, but I’ve gone about 5 times and the amount of flies when I eat there is annoying. I was indoors during lunch hour. I gave it a free pass the first few times bc the food was good, but this last time I went, I counted about 10 flies around me! Swatted flies the whole time I ate. Sorry but won’t be going back after that :( if they’re in my face while I’m eating, it makes me think they’re all Over the kitchen.

1848 has hands down the best beer selection in the valley. With 20 constantly rotating taps and a varied can and bottle selection, it's my go-to for craft beer. The food is also delicious with in-house smoked brisket, sausage, ribs, and turkey; this place is the THE place to go for families or anyone looking to have a great time! Aldo and Michelle are great and make it a fantastic experience every time!

I am skeptical about BBQ places in the 956 it's usually not the same from what I am used to up in Austin , Lockhart and Lulling area , but this place here has some damn good Bbq I tried the Phat Pat with a side of potato salad and my wife had the pulled pork sandwich. All I can say is it was awesome. The 2 sauces they offer is all you need regular Bbq sauce and pulled pork sauce. I recommend this place 10/10 and don't forget the banana pudding.
