I don't know where the original staff went but the moody teenagers they have now are not it. The drinks have been a miss lately. The music is gloom and doom. I hope it's just a phase. Please give me back my wonderful 7Brew!

Amazing! Love this coffee shop! People are welcoming and energetic, they give what you ask for! My go to drink has been a strawberry matcha with light ice and almond milk. They get it right every time! Ironically not all coffee shops seem to be able to get it right... but 7 Brew is amazing! Love thia place and will visit often!

Worst customer service. The person at the front handling drinks was extremely rude. The person taking my order simply did not confirm my order and was more focused on getting me out of the line (mind you there was only two cars) than with giving me a bare minimum interaction. Well my order ended up being wrong. (matcha latte vs. regular coffee) the person with glasses handed me my drink and then had the audacity to blame me for it. She snapped, “That’s why I ASKED you if that was correct,” in a rude, condescending tone like I was a child.
No apology, no accountability, just attitude. If this is how customers are treated, I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere. Never coming back. I’d rather pay the extra cents and go to a local coffee shop than this place.

2 times in a row I ordered an Iced Mocha with whole milk and it was below standards. First time it looked like coffee woth creamer and there was definitely zero chocolate. The second time it was a little darker but very little chocolate flavor. Both times I asked about the drinks being so light in color and if they added the chocolate. Both times I was told they were light in color due to using whole milk. I have not had this issue at other locations.
