We came for drinks and a young man with a fade “helped” us. I use that word lightly because he was horrendous. He was very rude about asking me to speak up and said “I can’t hear you, you need to speak up.” Then we asked for a recommendation and he kept saying “I don’t know” and had no sense of wanting to help us at all. He was incredibly rude and dismissive; I have never encountered anyone as unpleasant in customer service as he was. I have been here before, and this is the first time I have ever been treated this way.

The drink came out great, but everything else was awful. When we came to order the gentleman with the fade was extremely rude and dismissive. He asked what we wanted and when I started ordering he said “what I can’t hear you, you need to speak up” in an extremely hostile tone. Then I asked for a recommendation and he continuously disregarded my questions and responded with “I don’t know”. He had no sense of wanting to help, and only went to go ask about what I wanted when I became more assertive. Awful personality.

Coffee is fine, nothing to complain about there. Speed of service is decent. But let’s talk about what really kills the experience. You’ve got a crew of teenagers sweating it out in the sun for minimum wage, and then the owners tack on a tip system like that’s supposed to cover for it. The whole setup feels exploitative, not “fun and friendly.”
And then there’s the phone number thing. Every single time, “Can I get your number?” No, I don’t want to hand over my personal info just to buy a drink. It’s 2025, figure out NFC, mobile apps, or literally any privacy-respecting system instead of pretending it’s 1999.
Good drinks don’t make up for bad practices. 2 stars.

I went today for the first time and I was surprised by the service, the taste of the product, and the price.
First of all, it’s drive-thru so you don’t have to get out of the car (which is great for me given that I’m on a wheelchair). But since it is super hot, can’t help but emphatized for the workers. And even though it’s horrid out, the staff is 💯! Second, the drink I got was delicious! I got a medium iced Brunette. I am an avid coffee drinker and this tasted so satisfying. It didn’t taste like burnt coffee (sorry to the other coffee chain). Thirdly, the medium drink was only $8. This is much better than in that other one. I can’t get into specifics as I don’t have hard evidence but all I know is that it’s better.

I tried the white chocolate mocha iced coffee and it was delicious! There was little to no wait, and although I was in a bit of a rush the service was awesome. The cashier who helped me was incredibly friendly, and it was overall just good vibes. I love 7 brew, thank you guys for never disappointing! The coffee is always the best.

Very very very sweet “coffee” drinks. Not traditional coffee. The staff are super sweet, very attentive. The little table is shaded and has a slight breeze if you want to sit outside. Better to support local than to go to Starbucks. Better service and options. But all very unhealthy options, yes even sugar free is bad for you. Diabetics stay far away.
