This place used to be really great as far as the atmosphere and drinks went. In the past year, however, the quality here has tanked. There are new baristas here every couple of months, and they are always extremely rude; its very common to see them talking to a regular customer or amongst each other while ignoring orders. They almost make you feel bad for even walking in in the first place. Coffee prices are also above the city average, with a 16 ounce latte with syrup being over $7.50, when only about a year ago, it was still around $6. Even accounting for current coffee prices, this is well above the standard of other shops downtown. I would justify this if the coffee tasted good, but most of the time, it's very milky or sour due to improper mixing. I've tried my best to keep liking this place, but I cannot justify coming here any longer.

I ordered the ginger tea and it was super refreshing, exactly what I needed for my sore throat. The atmosphere is also really unique because there’s a bicycle shop right inside the café, which gives the place a cool and creative vibe. It’s definitely a fun spot to relax and enjoy a drink. Highly recommend stopping by! 🚴♀️☕

Place has a great atmosphere & Graham the bike mechanic helped me with my third party E-bike best he could. I really appreciate the time he took to look it because most bike shops here in town won’t even look at 3rd party e-bikes. You gained a customer with y’all’s generosity and vibes I’ll be picking up my teas and coffee’s from here going forward. Thanks again :)

Been coming here since they opened and I LOVED it but the new group of workers have no passion or enthusiasm. Which has lead to several coffees not tasting good as before. It’s a lot less inviting than before. Ill keep supporting slowly but hopefully workers acknowledge the customer or make them feel welcomed it almost feels like it’s a common occurrence

This is my favorite coffee shop in Brownsville so far. Whenever I’m in town and meet up with friends or family, it’s our go-to spot. The pastries are delicious, and the outdoor patio is incredibly relaxing.
The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the customer service. The employees come off as very unwelcoming — you have to initiate the conversation just to place an order, otherwise they won’t say anything. It creates an awkward vibe, especially for a place that otherwise feels so inviting.

Everything is great! I love the inside and the drinks however customer service is not the best. I believe that greetings or questions for customers are VERY important. I left feeling a bit awkward only because I walked in to workers talking and not one single person greeted me and it created this awkward and unfitting atmosphere. It’s a nice place overall! But pls take time to allow customers to feel welcomed :’)

This is one of my favorite coffee shops. I have never had a bad coffee from here, but the service is not always great. The workers are not the friendliest and don’t really pay attention to you when you are ordering.

Mr. Graham and his staff are the heart of 7th.
1st time? No problem, they’ll ask what you’re in the mood for and wallahhh 5 star coffee or in my case, iced vanilla latte for my walk during lunch break.

The oats used to taste fresh, well prepared and like they were of good quality.. lately more often than not, the oats taste like they are quick 1 minute oats- because I’ve made some before- same texture.. fruit looks like it’s about to expire or tastes a bit bitter.. sometimes it has cacao nibs and sometimes it doesn’t.. not consistent in flavor and quality.

Caile al 7th and Park. Come and see for yourself why this place is always trending in Instagram. There's yoga, brunch, breakfast, and of course amazing coffee. AND it's the only place in town that serves good tea ad well. From Chai to peppermint tea, this place has it all.

Believe the hype! I made a quick stop to pick up a Mexican Mocha coffee (w/whole milk), and by golly, it's incredibly delicious and very authentic! The chocolate abuelita is very noticeable, and it's clear that they use the actual abuelita chocolate bar vs. the syrup. It's just the right amount of sweet and not too viscous.
It's unfortunate that I'm from out of town because this would definitely be my spot for coffee.
The service was great, despite it being a swift exchange. I was greeted with a smile, and a brief description of the coffee was provided.
The place looks amazing and comfortable. I'm definitely saving this spot in case I'm ever in town again.
