Went during a weekday nights, food was great. Was part of a large group shared many items everything tasted great. Service was okay, environment was Good too. Bar was accessible at all times, we'll go again.

I went during the evening for dinner for the first time, Food lacked flavor, street tacos overpriced for the RGV. Food looks good but doesn’t taste as good as it looks. The restrooms are extremely dirty.

We were a group of 5, I had the nachos with fajitas and honestly the beans and fajitas used were blan to the taste, it had no flavor, but no one else complained about the taste of their food. However, two in my group ordered margaritas and after a few mins the waiter comes back to say the bartender was not in so no drinks could be made. I ordered sweet tea, and was specific to say if it is sweet tea and not unsweet...but the waiter comes back and leaves an unsweetened tea with a side of sweetners. One of my friends ordered a coke and she got a Pepsi, and the other ordered a diet coke and got Dr. Pepper. It would have been best that the waiter just be up front and say they don't have the products instead of bringing something else to his liking.

Very disappointed with the service I received. Went for lunch, and we ordered our drinks and got them fairly quick. After that, it went downhill. We ordered a Fettucine Alfredo, Gucamole Bowl, and Antojitos Plate. After 45 minutes, I asked the server if he could at least bring the guacamole so we could snack on something while we waited for the food (he didn't bring it). We got the fettucine about 45 minutes after we got there. An hour in, we still hadn't received the rest of the food. To make it worse, another table that showed up after us got their meals before us. I understand that some restaurants are short staffed, but when the server doesn't even come to your table to offer refills on the drinks or at least give an update on when the food will come out, it's extremely upsetting. I ended up cancelling the order and asking for the check.

Terrible service. We stopped in March 11, 2023 around 4:00 pm after a movie, next door, and there were 6 customers in the place and 7-10 staff members. The young woman who was acting as a bartender seemed irritated that we came in and set at the rail for a beverage. No greeting, no coasters, didn’t understand what a jack and coke was ! She served our drinks and we never saw her again.
Worst Customer Service Ever, went there I order a Burger and my friend ordered something else, after 25 minutes the waiter comes to inform us that they are out of patties and buns.then his manager that looks like a beggar wave at the waiter and gave him a nasty signal, it is better if they shut them down and more decent operator re open under different concept that have buns

Food and drinks are amazing, but the service SUCKS. Last night we went, and there wasn't many people. We were there for like 20min. & waiters kept passing by and staring at us but never even gave us a menu or asked us if we wanted something to drink. The worst part is that this is not the first time they do this. They need to hire new staff asap.

Came out to purchase a membership for Sombero Festival and decided to stay and eat. This time around, service was so much better. No problem getting menus or drinks. Food came out at a reasonable time and was a nice day out to enjoy eating outside. I was really impressed with their jalapeno bomber. It had chorizo with cream cheese. Definitely a good size portion.
