I honestly love this place but I will not be going back to the sunrise mall location. I would go often for my daily snack because I work there. However recently the pretzel dogs were coming out burnt. Sometimes Iād ignore it but the most recent time I couldnāt taste any flavor, just burnt pretzel. I took it back when traffic slowed down at my store and the first red flag was the young employee looking at me as I approached the counter and saying āUGH IM COMINGGGGGG!ā Once I explained my concern she walked away and when she came back her and another employee were laughing at me, as she stated āone, you bought it almost 4 hours ago idk why youāre barely coming back. & two I canāt give you your money back because Iām not going to look for the transaction. I can give you another one but itās going to be the same thing!ā So I said Iāll take anything as long as itās the same price & not burnt to which she replied āwell itās going to the same thingā which I assumed meant it would be burnt because when I looked over they were all in fact burnt as well. So I insisted my money back or to speak to a manager , she then laughed and said āwe donāt have a manager here.ā I just left at that point. So disgusting and sad. Iād never complain about pricing, but if Iām going to pay $8 for small pretzel dogs at LEAST make them correctly with better employees & customer service.

The best thing about Auntie Anne's is that it's the same at every location always fresh and tasty. I always get the Cinnamon Pretzel, I love it!! My husband really enjoys the Regular Pretzels and the Mini Pretzel Dogs. The lemonade is a little too sweet for us. But the soft drinks are good.
I was quoted a fifteen minute cook time for one pretzel, which is perfectly fine. What wasn't fine was I waited 25 minutes for a garlic parmesan pretzel that was cooked on a pan that had cinnamon sugar, therefore I waited 25 minutes for a sugary garlicky pretzel that was inedible and disgusting. And when I asked about my pretzel at 15 minutes, the worker acted like she didn't care and was rude. There were three workers, one of them walking around literally doing nothing, while the other two worked at a snails pace. So slow service and disgusting food.

this establishment was literally CLOSED on national pretzel day. i LITERALLY downloaded the app JUST to get a free pretzel and guess what. THEY WERE CLOSED. horrible horrible horrible.
