We were looking for fish chicharron and we found this restaurant, the place is small, I think it's more like a takeaway, we ordered two specials of shrimp and fried fish, I loved it, very well served, almost two eat from one plate, what was missing was They should also fry the chili that is like "chile bullfighting", I did have a good enchilada with the sauce that the tortilla chips bring... ??Excellent.

The hamburger was delicious. Fresh beef and the meat is seasoned. The pound of fried was a good deal at 14 bucks and yummy.

Taco ? Tuesday was what was for lunch and the Blue Mermaid was on point with the fish (tilapia) & shrimp tacos. They were on point, well served, and just delicious. Can't wait to try other things from their menu.

Service was nice. We shared a seafood platter. The tilapia was great as was the shrimp. The catan chicharrón was a miss. It was chewy. The rice was super tasty and the fries were nice and hot. Watch out for the Habanero salsa because it is SPICY!

The so called plate for two is more of a 1 person meal but, is priced for two. Good tasting catan though. Skip the rice & get small fries somewhere else.
