I've been to 3 locations in Brownsville, corpus christi and San Antonio and they were all good. The food is always hot and fresh. The Chorizo cheese dip, wings and pizza are a hit all the time. The shrimp poboy was delicious and the burgers are huge.

Did not accept valid ID because it was not horizontal. They implemented a new rule that even though a customer is of age, they cannot purchase alcohol if their valid Texas DL is vertical. After speaking with one of the managers, Ruben, he lacked the knowledge and the words to explain why this was a rule. He didn't do anything else to accommodate for the experience no vouchers, no comps. He needs to be removed from a management position until he is more equipped and develops his communication skills.
