So disappointing saw a couple arguing outside and come to find out that it was a manger at the restaurant and her husband (he’s a server) i have gone multiple times and that same manager always has her employees in a bad mood because of her attitude.

Visited Bubba’s 33 in Brownsville today with my wife, sister, and niece, and we were truly impressed! We ordered the pepperoni pizza, chicken tenders, smashed burger, and finished with the brownie dessert with ice cream. Everything tasted great, but what really stood out was the service.
When our pizza was first brought out, our waiter Armendariz and the manager/owner Rolando came over and explained that the pizza did not come out to their standards. They insisted it was on the house while a new one was being made so we wouldn’t have to wait hungry. That kind of honesty and attention to detail is rare to see, and we really appreciated it.
Later, when our dessert was served, another server noticed it didn’t look right and immediately took it back to make it better before bringing it out again. Small details like this show how much pride they take in their food and service.
This was my first time here, and I have to say, we don’t usually see this level of care in Brownsville restaurants. Rolando’s high standards and his team’s dedication made our visit a memorable one.
100% recommend Bubba’s 33! We’ll definitely be back.

I really truly love love love Bubbas restaurant. Everytime ive gone, every employee is friendly and attentive. My husband and I went to watch a football game, and managers walked around, approached tables to inquire if everything was OK. We ordered wings and fries and both were delicious! My draft beer was nice and cold. Highly recommend 👌

I've been here a few times the hamburgers are really good but last time I went I tried the wings and man those are a disappointment taste like those Tyson wings that didn't get cooked right never again

I placed an order thru Doordash for my kids at home. Some of my food was missing, I called the restaurant and the person who I spoke too told me I would need to address this issue thru Doordash. When I tried to address this issue, I wasn’t able too because I needed a picture of the missing items( my kids weren’t aware they had to take pictures) I didn’t have a picture of the missing food. I wasn’t able to resolve anything and I didn’t receive some of the food which I paid for. Even though I placed the order thru DoorDash, I feel like it’s is part of the restaurant to make sure all ordered food is delivered,

Steak was absolutely horrible this pic is after it was cooked for the second time. The taste was horrible as well.. whoever is cooking the steaks shouldn't be cooking them or need more training. Everything else we ordered was what you would expect.

My husband is a little picky about where we sit and it's usually not really a big deal for us to get set where we would like. However, when we asked here they made a really big deal about it and didn't want to let us sit where we wanted to sit. We also had a waitress that was you're just really overly eager or I don't know what but from the time we sat down almost every 2 minutes on the for she kept returning to our table to ask if we were ready to order yet without really giving us any time. We end up feeling fresh the entire meal because Ethan once we received our food she's still continuously. Came to our table asking this questions. Don't get me wrong. I love attentive late stuff but this was way over the top and actually pretty annoying.
On a separate note, the food was delicious. I tried the California Chicken and it had great flavor, the chicken breast was very juicy, and it was a healthy meal. My husband ended up getting one of their delicious burgers And absolutely loved it, and he highly recommends the spice fries!
