they need to hire better people. there customer service is just not there. the girls are rude and won’t even acknowledge you.

So my family and I came here for the taiyaki. When we get there there was one family in front of us. We ordered and than others ordered. We waited a long time for four taiyakis. The other people received their orders before we did. My taiyaki was still really doughy on the inside and lacked some flavor. I had the cookies and cream icecream, no flavor on the icecream and it was a bit gritty. There was only one person working. Let's say we were all disappointed.

It’s called Bubble Cafe but they charge extra for Boba to be included LMFAO what kinda bubble place is this?

I absolutely loved the Choco Snow that I had gotten. Definitely go here if you’re looking for an amazing desert (but be sure to grab napkins ofc).

First of all it stunk there, second of of all rude customer service, third of all the drinks were horrific.

Horrible service. Always dirty

I hate to leave a bad review, but I didn’t like it here. The customer service wasn’t the worst, but it wasn’t warm and welcoming. It was cold and awkward. The drink I got tasted cheap and artificial, and the boba was under-done. It was cooked on the outside, but dry and crumbly in the middle. The look, atmosphere, service, and product were all underwhelming…unfortunately. Sorry to say, but that’s my honest opinion, it was disappointing.

Ordered a enmarada there and it didn't even have cheese. And the cheese that was added was cold. I don't remember the exact price but it's a bit expensive for something super small

Horrible service been here on 4 different occasions and every time i come they always make up an excuse that they are out of the Korean Snow Flake base, Might as well take it out of the menu if its never going to be available drove an hour today to give them another try just to be dissatisfied once more.

I bought a waffle cone and a banana split. But there was no bananas didn't get any toppins. Just the ice cream and strawberries. I paid $19.55 the banana split had a prize of 6.99 and got charged 6.99 plus 4.99 for it. Not worth paying that much!

The menu says 4.99 for Bubble Tea, but then they charge you two extra dollars for the bubbles. But that's not what the menu says, hahaha. The menu says a bubble tea is 4.99. Bubble tea without the bubbles is just tea. So seven dollars for a soft drink! ?

Waited for at least 15 minutes for someone to take my order....called on the phone, yelled and knocked to get someones attention and NOTHING!!!.. apparently no one was attending the cafe....left and gave my business to another shop.
