On Wednesday night between 7:30 and 9:00 pm we visited this location to pick up food we ordered. Food was not made to specification and COLD (we app ordered it in the parking lot). It was two Whoppers made wrong and the kids nugget meal came without the sauce. We tried to get attention at the window to no avail the team lead seem to be in a rush. We got down and it was dead other than a three person family in the play area. The team lead had very bad attitude when I explained what was wrong she then got upset and scooped it all up with attitude and he the line cook remake it, but she actually came back, threw it on the counter said it's going to be the same anyways. Is this how Burger King trains their employees. Is this the type of person you want in a position of leadership. Does the store manager know how this team leader acts when they're away. Does the regional manager know the store manager hires people like this. And no this wasn't a regular employee because she looks/acts like the time that will blame it on somebody else it was not the gentleman on the line or the other female employee in a regular Burger King t-shirt. This was the button up with the fancy collar, female. We spent hours on the road that day and we just wanted some good old Burger King compassion and great service that they're supposed to be known for and we got this horrible and absolutely atrocious experience. A person that acts that childish should not be any sort of leadership position.

I ordered a whopper on drive thru and they were taking super long exact 10 mins and they asked me if I could move my car back and forth for there timer that they have and I told them no I won’t do it and then they just shut the window on me lol, and took another 10 mins to give me my order and once I open my burger they gave me a meat that looked like it been there for a good time since the am lol it’s ridiculous that we pay full price and then to get treated bad plus a bad meat come Burger King international cut the bs and get in the damn ball

I used to go to the Burger King in Boca chica but this one is closer to home and I've never had a great experience there the food is May meh I think the only thing that I got that was pretty good was there double cheeseburger and rodeo Burger Fraser always good and their onion rings are amazing other than that I would much rather go to the Boca chica location they really need to change their management and the way they ran things

If I could give this location zero stars I would the service was horrible I ordered 2 whoppers rodeo style the burgers didn’t have onion rings on I paid extra for it I was missing the fries. Went back and I was told they didn’t have onion rings as I watched the cook drop a basket of onion rings in the fryer and refused to give me the fries that were missing or make the situation right

At around almost 9 pm Sat 5/4/24 My dad went and ordered an 8 piece nuggets and a bacon double cheeseburger and they took like 20 minutes to make the meal and they only gave him the nuggets, and fries that he didn't order, and no bacon double cheeseburger. My dad realized at home they also didn't give my dad his correct change, which should've been $13,they gave him like 8 bucks back.To make things worst, my nephew got food poisoning, he was vomiting all night. Disgusting place to go, NEVER AGAIN!
I have always liked the grilled flavor and the size of their burgers and if you take advantage of the coupons that you get on the mail it gets very affordable even for a large family, if you take to go and buy the drinks some where else feels like stilling?
Kid-friendliness: Still have one of those large playgrounds, good for the kids for burning some energy.

It was great very attentive the personal there my order was fast and very good I loved it I eat there anytime I'm near Brownsville love it and the one on Alton Glor is excellent también Burger King my favorite restaurant 100 with ah cold coca cola and ah double whopper with chese beautiful golden color fries I'm going there right now
