I ordered through the app and went to the restaurant, i waited a long time to get to the speaker. Once I got there they did not greet me at all. I waited until I had to say “hello” then someone answered me and let them know that I had placed an order using the Burger King app, she asked me my name and told me to wait. Of course i waited again and she told me that she could not get my other that it was not opening on her screen that i needed to call support and for me to leave. I was like what ? I told her i already paid and I waited all this long for you to just tell me to leave can i speak to the mgr she said i am the mgr with an attitude and i told her ok i see you at the window, i got to the window and all she was worried about was for me to move out of the dt lane so her times were not going up. She is an assistant manager and she said she can not take any decisions unless i get down of my vehicle ( of course for me to get out of the lane and do not mess up her times) that she needed to call her store mgr. Then a regular associate who was actually nicer and more professional than her told me that he was on the phone with the store mgr and i heard she was saying that its a third party and i needed to ask for a refund. Up to here everything was not a big deal besides i waited too long for them to tell me they cant serve me , i can understand that the assistant mgr lacked of training but what really made me mad was gearing the store mgr over the phone saying that what i was not understanding she blamed me that i was making a big deal out of it without even listening to me first and understand that what made me mad was that the manager was more interested on moving me out of the dt lane that caring for my inconvenience. The store mgr said i do not understand but what she does not know its that i actually understand that they are cheating by manipulating customers to stay at the speaker while they charge the customer in the front and once that customer leaves they tell customer at the speaker to move forward so they timer do not go up. They have ZERO customer service skills and this store mgr is a FRAUD!

I’m incredibly pleased with the fast and friendly service I received at the drive-thru. The order taker was so patient and helpful with my questions. My food was prepared quickly and accurately, exactly how I ordered it. Everything was hot and fresh, and tasted delicious. This was a truly satisfying drive-thru experience employee very kind lady Aracely

I witnessed how rude they were to a couple, The employee is not there to talk down on others based on her beliefs and opinions much less have an argument about what's right and what's wrong. Me and my family won't come here again. We want to be around decent environments that are safe and provide a great customer experience.

This location has very rude and unprofessional people working. Manager began arguing and bullying a person over pronouns. Be for real. Just address the person as they requested and move on with your next customer. Why take time out of your day to create an argument and call the cops? If this is the manager’s behavior, what can you expect from other team members? The lack of respect, professionalism, and customer service skills are showing.

I ordered several whopper jrs. and paid on the app using Apple Pay for pickup. When I went to pick up the order they “didn’t have it available”. So now I have to go through customer support to try to get a refund.

the food here is great. what is NOT great, its the service. Employee kept getting my order wrong. And even though confronted, they still have the audacity to say we were wrong. :/ make sure when you order your food, talk to them as slow as possible like if your talking to a 4 year old , maybe that way they don't get anyones order wrong .

It took 30 minutes to give us our order which consisted of 3 regular burger combos. They don't care about the clients, they argue among themselves, there is no one to put order, in general terrible service

Over the years I can honestly say BK has stepped up their game, quality of food, service and cleanliness has improved tremendously and this location is top tie every time we come to eat. Hopefully this continues and more people realize that BK just isn’t just another fast food joint but a restaurant that makes quality food and upholds the standard to set themselves apart from inferior competition. 5 stars!
