I ad a really bad experience. It was take out, the fries were old and hard, the cola was watered down, and they forgot my order of large fires. The cola machine was empty except for the diet coke and that was watered down. Very disappointing, I was so hungry I still ate it. I will never go there again. Its empty for a reason 😡, so mad and on top of that, there was only 2 people working.

My mother—who is elderly and disabled—had dinner at this location last night, and a female employee who was on shift denied her access to the restroom. That in itself can be understandable, as restrooms need to be cleaned, but the way she so rudely and cruelly told my mom to just “go somewhere else,” with no consideration to the fact that she literally walks with a cane, is shameful. I get it. It’s Burger King. You don’t expect much. But it seems common decency is not on the menu at this location. SHAMEFUL.

One thing I dont like is when i go through the drive through in a hurry and I just pick number on the menu to make it Easier for me and the employees.. why must you sneak an up sel by asking medium or large as if those are the only 2 options.. right now everything us expensive the last thing I need a employee trying to be slick just to get another dollar out of me. Zero respect for this location

Went through drive thru and placed a large order worth over 60 dollars when we asked for ranch and barbecue we only received one of each. Really!!! đŸ˜€

There idea of a coffee is milk the lady who looked like a manager shouldnt have even handed me a coffee that white literally barely had coffee and was very rude just threw stuff in bag even though no one was there its not like she was in a rush i lean cmon ill stick to mcdonalds from now on would like corporates number as well and her name if i worked there i wouldn't have been like she was this was this morning

The staff did nothing wrong here but the fact that this place only had two people is unacceptable. Management needs to change, BK isn’t like subway with people barely going different times throughout the day. BK should always be fully staffed like a mcdonalds or whataburger

I do not know how these employees could be any more incompetent. I called before hand to get their availability of an item and they told me it was available but when i got there 5 minutes later it was sold out. These employees are always rude so that wasn’t different but they also took 15 minutes to get me 3 items today. Really sad excuse for a fast food staff.

Been in the front cashier for 30 minutes and the employee dont even mind looking my way. She cant even say “ill be right with you” or someone will help u right now , its not even busy.
