The staff did nothing wrong here but the fact that this place only had two people is unacceptable. Management needs to change, BK isn’t like subway with people barely going different times throughout the day. BK should always be fully staffed like a mcdonalds or whataburger

I do not know how these employees could be any more incompetent. I called before hand to get their availability of an item and they told me it was available but when i got there 5 minutes later it was sold out. These employees are always rude so that wasn’t different but they also took 15 minutes to get me 3 items today. Really sad excuse for a fast food staff.

Been in the front cashier for 30 minutes and the employee dont even mind looking my way. She cant even say “ill be right with you” or someone will help u right now , its not even busy.

Worst costumer service through drive thru from young girl with hairy arms and glasses had an attitude and thought she was gonna beat me up when I pulled up to the drive thru I paid for my food then as I was about to pull up to the next window she says “SIR” “STAY here” and I just sat there as she said then her manager kindly comes and asks me to go to the next window.. like what unnecessary attitude for no reason. All this occurred on 3/07/25 at around 10:35am to 10:50am

Waited over 45 mins for our food and when they gave us the food it was all cold and wrong, when we asked for a refund we were denied a refund stating it was “against their polices” poor management.

Great service with Griselda muñiz being out of her shift she took the time to attend the small line that was forming and took care of my service needed great initiative as a bk worker that shows her great service
