Food took forever to get to me and was cold by the time I had received it. It did not help that the lady named Laura who I believe is the manager (to my surprise) was in a bad mood when she took my order and was very unprofessional. Will be sure to avoid coming here again.

Went today drive tru at 10 pm the guy in front of me took a long time for them to take order, so when my turn the guy said wait couple minutes he never took my order we were there waiting more than 7 minutes and I had cars behind me. Very bad service I left went straight across whataburger took me less than a minute to place my order , yes burger king alton floor sucks big time

It's April 10 and I must say this burger king did have fast service but the fountain drinks are watered down and after telling 2 employees they just started laughing and the ketchup was so watered down OMG I thought it was water,never coming here again.

For the first time in a long time I stopped to grab something to eat while waiting for a friend at the doctor's office. Upon receiving my order the buns were not quite warm enough they were cold and the meat cold as well not hot but the fries were the only thing right

I walked in to an empty store (red flag). Two employees walked past me at the counter without even a smile or a return “good morning“. Finally the team leader (I assume) came out of the office, walked up to the counter without even looking at me. He said “what do you need?” I said good morning but he didn’t look up at me. I gave my order and he finally understood what I wanted. I will not go on except to say, too bad. I cannot recommend this place on West Alton Gloor.
