For the first time in a long time I stopped to grab something to eat while waiting for a friend at the doctor's office. Upon receiving my order the buns were not quite warm enough they were cold and the meat cold as well not hot but the fries were the only thing right

I walked in to an empty store (red flag). Two employees walked past me at the counter without even a smile or a return “good morning“. Finally the team leader (I assume) came out of the office, walked up to the counter without even looking at me. He said “what do you need?” I said good morning but he didn’t look up at me. I gave my order and he finally understood what I wanted. I will not go on except to say, too bad. I cannot recommend this place on West Alton Gloor.

It was very difficult to understand the cashier (too soft spoken) and all of our food was cold. We will not be back; we only came to get a crown for a project (which they didn't have).

Terrible service, I ordered three bacon cheese burgers and they gave me three chicken burgers, I spoke to tell them and they didn't answer, a second time I called again they answered but they left me on hold and then hung up, this happened and June 23, 2024, if they don't like your job, give the opportunity to others who do want to.

Very bad customer service, coming from management. I ordered on the register inside the store, and I do have to admit I messed up my own ordered cause I wanted 2 whoppers but the jr whoppers where on special 2 for $10 so I wanted those instead and I apologized to the cashier cause she already had charged me and she just gave me a look. Then she went on to let manager know and the manager said doesn’t she know how to order. Super rude no wonder this location is always empty. They also went on to keeping my order for a long time in the bagging area and placed my order to go. This is all unnecessary behavior. And no I do not recommend this place this is not a family friendly/ kid friendly location.

At 10 they close the door, they do not pay attention to the orders and they no longer open the children's area, they do not use the burger king application or the promotion codes in it, it is supposed to be an international chain, not an independent store, it is just one then why they made it,
