We went to go get wings and when we got served and started eating we noticed it had a fishy taste. We ended up asking for a new order of wings and when we got those they were sauced up and still had the same taste.

The foods great at this spot but today was very unfortunate. Waiter came once to drop off some water and an hour later never showed back up. Decided to leave after no one came to take our order an hour and thirty minutes later. We left terribly disappointed, this place used to be very welcoming and now the customer service is just rude. It is not what it used to be like before.

Waited 50 minutes for my 10 wings.. terrible.. ask for ranch dressing and they gave me blue cheese.. and the most important the wings were overcooked and so dry I was eating a piece of chicken jerky with a bone in it.. disgusting. First time there and last.. The tea I ordered with my meal was the only thing that was actually good but it’s kinda hard to jack that up.. 23 dollar meal better of going to any other wing place..

Don't rely on the menu prices posted on their app , I was told that those were extremely old menus but yet they are still there. $5.00 more then I had expected to pay so I cancelled when I got there.

Be advised the customer service sucks, had waiter Lupe don’t know if he’s having a bad day. But attitude from the start, didn’t come back once to check on the table. Got the wrong sauce, had to stand up to the bar to receive my ranch. My friend had to stand up to receive refills and the food was okay. Last time the food was perfect and this time the wings were okay and the fries were just burnt, overcooked. In the end had to go ask for the checks and got charged for the wrong food. To save the hassle I told him it’s fine, and saw Lupe just roll his eyes. No thank you, nothing just straight attitude. Please seek help Lupe because this is how you lose business.

I sometimes get this place because I wanna try something new but each time I order they always get my food wrong this is the fourth time in a row that they forgot to put an item but this is the last straw since they literally forgot a whole plate I would definitely not order from here no more

This was one of our favorite establishments in the city until today. As we dine-in we ordered 10 wings plus the 10 free wings for myself and 10 wings plus the free wings for my wife. As we finished, eating we asked for a box to go. Ohhhh we don't give out boxes for the wings. So you mean to tell me I paid for 10 wings and can't take my food.
Asked for the manager, she replied it's been this way for 30 years. As a person not from Brownsville, how are we supposed to know this. It's NOT posted anywhere in the establishment or on the sign outside.
Some guy that works there wanted to put his 2 cents into the conversation and got rude, and sent me into another zone. Then one guy said we can charge you for regular price and you can take your food. We'll, if $138 will make your day charge me because I'm not leaving my food. Mind you that $138 included our drinks too.
The manager said the waitress was supposed to notify us when we ordered. Well, guess what we WILL NOT be returning to this restaurant.
What should have happened was we should been able to take the 10 wings we paid for and left the 10 free ones behind, but they thought they were smart..... $138 is small things to a GIANT....
