We had to go to the servers to ask for someone to take our order after waiting for 30 min to be acknowledged and then waited another 45 min for the order which we never got definitely need more personal that is willing to care if you are taken care of or not. We have been there numerous times and tonight we were very disappointed ?

Staff was very unprofessional since the initial time we walked in. It was embarrassing to have to take my family from out of town there then for them to get treated in the manner they did by the staff.

Always liked their wings. I haven’t gone in over a year so I was excited to try them again. I was disappointed when I got home. 1. The wings were very small. 2. They looked like they were older wings just reheated. Not fresh at all. 3. 20 dollars for 10 wings and Buffalo chips. I wouldn’t have mind if the food was fresh and wings were a decent/ normal size.
I hope they can improve the quality. I know they used to be really good.
Let me start by saying I really love their wings. Extra crispy and extra wet, they're about the best wings in town. We're here at least once a month. Now the ugly. My buddies and I went for a late dinner on a Thursday night, 3 of us. Then my wife called and said she was on her way with my kids after they got out of track practice. So I ordered more wings for the table. After they sat down, we were told no kids after 9pm and offered to pack our order up to go. As soon as the order was ready, they left. Just my two buddies and I remained. Our server immediately disappeared, and we couldn't order our next round of beers. We got tired of waiting and decided to leave, much to our surprise, our bill reflected a 20% tip for a party of 6 or more. REALLY, they kicked my kids out, didn't provide service to them, but had nerve to include them as part of a large party?!? By the way, they told us it was karaoke night, and that's why the kids had to go.

Every time I visit the United States, there is one place I can't miss: this wing restaurant. It's a must on my agenda. I just love it!
The 2x1 wings day is an unmissable opportunity to enjoy their delicious options. The atmosphere is great, with a perfect balance between a family environment and an ideal place to watch sports games.
The beers are excellent, with a variety to suit all tastes. Furthermore, the food is not only delicious, but also very varied.
