Still an excellent place to eat. Food is great. Service superb.. ambient great. Oh and the consomé they give you it's actually a mini soup. Excellent.

Hard pass, I should have known by the smell of the place not to eat here. I would normally give any restaurant 2-3 visits to see if it was just an off day. The food here is so bland and flavorless. I had a muddy shrimp flavor in my mouth for hours after eating here. This is by far the worst seafood I've had in the valley and maybe the worst restaurant I've had in the valley.

The fried shrimp did not taste fresh. They were flattened and the breading tasted as if they had been frozen for a while. This was a favorite place and this time I was disappointed.

Food is good funky small at location
We went about 1pm for lunch. There were only 3 tables taken. We waited, & waited & waited, waitresses ignoring us. So I asked the waitress why we were not being attended. It had been 30 minutes. She said " you all just came in". What a rude answer. I don't know where they get these people from to work, with no customer skills! We were so mad and left! Never again!
Really good seafood spot in Brownsville. Good service and delicious shrimp soup.
