Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

Since when does the cheesecake have lettuce and tomato? The picture shows a cheesesteak without lettuce and tomato and then they leave my food on the window for 20 minutes because I don’t know what number they just serve. Food is cold unappetizing and they were rude about giving me my order.

What happened to this place? I use to come here quite often, but it’s been awhile since I don’t visit the mall much anymore. I ordered the Turkey bacon club, which comes with provolone cheese. But this was not provolone cheese. Instead it was some sort of general white flavorless cheese. The bacon was also very poor quality. Disappointing since the regular combo was more than $15. And when I asked for a tray to carry my meal to the table (the meal came with a drink and fries all in a separate containers, plus I had my shopping bag) they said they didn’t use them. It was pretty annoying having to balance everything while walking across the food court, only to have my fries spill out on a dirty table when I went to set everything down. I think I’ll pass on this place from now on.

I have never been here and this lady with Grey short hair yelled at me and got frustrated with me when I didn't understand how the combos work then she made a face at my girl when she took the receipt I haven't even at the food yet😭😭😭😭😭😭

Delicious as always! I ordered the original PHILLY CHEESESTEAK combo. The steak has a very good taste and it's thinly sliced. The roll is in has such good taste. I had read a comment somewhere that this cheesesteak has no onions which is a lie because it does have them and they are grilled which is delicious!I can’t comment on the place as I have only ordered it on Doordash. Nevertheless, this place is good!

Today, I ordered the Chicken Terrayki Sub. The chicken was so tender, and the Terrayki sauce adds a boost to it. It had the perfect amount of chicken and was loaded with veggies. It was served very hot. The bread was kinda soggy because of the Terrayki sauce, so next time, I will request a less amount of sauce. Other than that, I will definitely order it again. I also ordered the cheese fries and added a little bit of salt and pepper. They are so delicious.

Lousy cheesesteak, no onions even though it said they were supposed to be there. Made it a combo and was charged individually for the fries and drink. They need to train their employees.

Ordered through Door Dash, had great experience with them food was hot, fresh courteous.However, I ordered the Ultimate Club, oh man where to begin, scheduled the food to be cooked at off time around 3pm, figuring extra care on order not busy time. Boy was I wrong.The sandwich had plenty of meats, but it was heated too long, very dry, and brown edges. Like it was put on the grill too long and forgot about it, then added too much cheddar cheese, looked to cover up the dried meat. Tasted like a bad cheddar melt with bacon. Asked for extra mayonnaise, but apparently it cost extra or something. Looked as if the spatula didn't even make contact on the wet soggy bread from the sweat off the heated meats.French fries were hot, however they were only cooked past the thawing stage. Limpy, no color, no flavor. just kind of mushy.We have eaten from here before, never ever this terrible.Place going down hill, with quality meals like this for such prices.

These have to be the best cheesesteaks in town. Their french fries are very tasty. Various toppings to choose from.
