Wow! I ordered Chick-fil-A breakfast through the app at 10:20am and marked that I was at the store so the order would be readyāsomeone else was picking it up for me. My husband arrived and was in the drive-thru at exactly 10:30 AM 2 cars in front of him, but the manager gave him a hard time and said they couldnāt give him the order because breakfast was over. Iāve never had this issue at other Chick-fil-A locations when I select āIām here.ā Sure, I risk it being cold, but theyāve always honored the order. Iām honestly shocked at how inconsiderate this experience was.

Today I went to the chick fil a in Boca chica for the Easter egg hunt with my 3 year old I arrived at 9:30am for the schedule time 9:30-9:45am age group 3-5 year olds and was notified by employee they decided to do it 15 minutes before schedule time with no notice online or anywhere , my son got 0 eggs . The chick fil a signs were also not put down correctly and keep falling down its a safety hazard for the children and parents Iām so disappointed !

Dude, they were so rude to me for no reason. Iāve worked fast food, I know mistakes happen and Iām pretty laid back, I even said āGood Morningā and asked them how they were prior to making my order. Got to the window, she tried to hand me a coke, I hate soda so I politely pointed out that I didnāt order a drink - IMMEDIATE attitude. She read my order back incorrectly 4 times, she did remove the drink from my charge; however she was so incredibly condescending. Get over yourself! Everyone in Brownsville acts like they are too good to give good service, my word. Yet another restaurant in the RGV I donāt feel welcome at. Oh well, who needs the sodium?
