I have come to the Chick-fil-A for the past year and I normally come a lot even before the past year but in this recent year, every time I have come they forget something that I have to call them back for. I have never had to do that with any restaurant and believe me when it comes to Chick-fil-A you would think they're on top of everything which normally other Chick-fil-A's are but this one in particular on Boca chica I always have something missing it could be food it could be a utensil luckily I park by curbside all the time so I'm able to call them back, can you imagine having to go home and then having a missing item. I always check my food no matter what because I don't have time to be coming back to the restaurant. Ever since my little ones were born I don't even need in a restaurant anymore and this is the reason why because they are too small so when something is missing, it's hard for me to go back the same day. Just wanted to make this review because I feel that hopefully this will help this restaurant get their people on track and I'm not one to complain I like to make positive compliments on things but I think for this whole time that I've been having to call in for these little things that are just simple to remember, it's about time I posted about it we live in a world where social media is sometimes better to get points across.

Wow! I ordered Chick-fil-A breakfast through the app at 10:20am and marked that I was at the store so the order would be ready—someone else was picking it up for me. My husband arrived and was in the drive-thru at exactly 10:30 AM 2 cars in front of him, but the manager gave him a hard time and said they couldn’t give him the order because breakfast was over. I’ve never had this issue at other Chick-fil-A locations when I select ‘I’m here.’ Sure, I risk it being cold, but they’ve always honored the order. I’m honestly shocked at how inconsiderate this experience was.
