I have been coming in for my morning coffee since I purchased the black cup apparently for “ free coffee “ .. keep in mind I don’t buy any breakfast item just coffee… but man!! Everytime I go in it’s like I’m a ghost lol I could be in the front counter for minutes meanwhile everyone one else is focused in drive thru which it is understandable I guess your timed? Others are behind the clear thing I guess making bags? With silverware’s?idk.. But that one young lady gives attitude she’s bagging and doing headset? She’s sees and notices that I’m there waiting …. Other ladies are passing by chitchatting .. again I’m like a ghost lol..
Today just a normal morning, told one of the workers that the coffee tasted awful i normally add my creamers the usual amount .. I was suggested more creamers .. it’s fine! I was expecting for a replacement of hot coffee lol not asking for more creamers .. might as well drink cream the coffee!
I know they can do better ..

Drive thru lanes are ridiculously slow, plus you have to check your bag for correct contents. It is not an isolated event, has happened on multiple occasions, maybe its my fault for continuing to come here.

It is with great disappointment that Mr. Chris turned a simple resolvable situation into a very time consuming event. Long gone are the days where Chick-Fil-A was the exemplary place of undeniable great customer service.

Ordered catering for 50 people including iced tea. The food made it but no plates, no utensils and no cups. I requested all these items in advance thru the online system.
Delivery guy was gracious and said he would go back and get all the items. When I called staff said they don’t provide plates which is the first time I’ve heard this from chick fil a catering. Also scolded me about the cups saying they had to pull them from somewhere in advance which I don’t understand since they have cups everywhere. Not sure how 50 people are supposed to drink all the tea I ordered without cups.
Anyhow, I order Chick-fil-A across the state for various lunches in offices and this experience was unique to say the least. Rudest one I’ve ever dealt with.

Today was different from the moment my order was being taken Ms. Julie was being very hostile in placing my order was NOT A TRADITIONAL MY PLEASURE EXPERIENCE. I understand some days we might have bad days but when one is not being rude I don't see it fair on taking it out on the customers

Barely past opening at 720am and had to park me already for small order for 3 people. 2 spicy chicken biscuits and guess what? Even though parked the biscuits are hard. If you park people make sure they get fresh food not 1 item fresh and the rest either cold or from yesterday.
