Dined in the today and the system kept freezing. Attendant needed assistance from a manager and he was completely unhelpful and inattentive. Felt bad for the attendant as she was trying her best to fix the problem.

I guess it's impossible for this chikfila to get a toy into the kids meals. Twice in a row they failed to give them anything (8 meals total) so I call just to get a manager make excuses for screwing up again. Chikfila is the new McDonalds.šŸ™„

Tried calling store do discuss order. Got VM, that is not setup. Was hung up on. No numbers for RGV have their systems setup. Had to call corporate help line instead. Waiting to hear from store, but I don’t think it’s gonna happen. Merry Christmas

Arrived there with a large group of kids. Immediately noticed waiter Diana was bothered by our presence. Kept bothering me about not blocking the cleaning storage ( I stood there for less than a minute) I wanted to close the curtains so the sun wouldn't hit the minors in the face and she quickly stopped us because apparently the manager has to have view of the drive through? Overall a poor experience this lady delivers customer service in a rude way treating adults like children.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Chick-fil-A. We came through the drive-thru specifically to support my daughter’s school fundraiser. When I placed the order, I told the cashier it was for the school just charged me, she giggled (nervously?), and then said she ā€œforgotā€ to add it to the ticket. I asked if she could fix it, but she said she couldn’t since the transaction had already gone through and told me it could be handled ā€œup front.ā€

Once we got to the front, the runners looked completely confused until a manager came out. I explained the situation again, and his solution was to charge me again and refund the first payment which was already over $30 saying the refund would take 3–5 days. BUT I would have to drive around and get off and come inside the busy store. That made no sense, especially since I had my newborn and family in the car. Asking me to park, get out, and go inside for something their team messed up felt really inconsiderate and inconvenient.

I ended up just asking for a refund since no one could assist properly. There was no apology, no empathy just a dismissive ā€œmy pleasureā€ after I explained how unhappy I was.

Honestly, it’s disappointing. The whole point was to support the school, but after this, I wish LFHS had partnered with Cane’s instead.

The manager told me that we need to be more patient with the employees. I do understand that you are the only restaurant that hire people’s with special needs. But please don’t put them to take orders we don’t have the time to repeat orders to say several times to go. They are good workers but if they need help please put another person instead the manager to tell me to hav patience.

We are a frequent customer and in many occasions they get the order wrong, however, we never go back to get the missing stuff. Today we were missing 1 sandwich and we decided to go back to get it. When we got there the employees were very friendly. We ordered more food then talked to the manager about the missing sandwich. He was really rude about it and he argued with us for a good while. Very disappointing from a manager.
