Everything was great The indoor playground smells like old water and mildew. I’d recommend it getting cleaned at least twice a day. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel like family and I love it.
My mobile ordering glitched and I never got my food. I asked one of the managers for help and he completely blew me off. He looked like he didn't want to be there. Which is fine but at least TRY to look like you want to help a customer.

Not decaf coffee? I visited this location today, and to my surprise, there was no decaf coffee available. The attendant was very kind and he explained to me that this location hasn’t had decaf coffee for 3 years. Definitely, this raises a question: why is that?

Ever since they remodeled this restraint the service has been completely crap. The workers can’t get an order right to save their lives. And it’s the only location to charge for water.

Friendliness has taken a nose dive at this location. Several times the drive thru line is at a stand still. Several occasions I’ve been standing at the drive thru speaker and nobody will reply. Orders are often incorrect which u understand but even dine in it feels seriously lacking. I don’t know what changed but sometimes I avoid this location in particular since I know something will go wrong.
